The Ekta way

This serial started off with much promise. It had a cast of talented lead actors, aptly supported by the minor players as well as an engaging storyline which mirrors the repression of women in modern India, despite its economic renaissance. It was blessed with a fast paced narrative which kept viewers hooked and was devoid of the Ekta Kapoor touch. Absent were the multiple marriages, divorces, illegitimate children, change of lead actors and the endless production of shocking twists.

Unfortunately Pearl, the creator of this serial is hell bent on sending it to the funeral pyre where many Ekta Kapoor serials have gone. The storyline is veering all over the place and the main protagonist Krishna, is behaving like a psycho with no justification, not to forget the inclusion of frivolous characters like the doctor whom Aarushi has fallen for.

The creators need to get a grip on the current storyline and return to the original storyline avoiding sensationalist twists. They need to do it quickly before viewers abandon this series, which started with much promise.😡

ya i agree with u 100%. I think they lost the track of story. They advertised it is story of a woman who fight for her right. now after krishna came the story is all twist. I know he is good in acting and everybody wants to see him. But now the serial is becoming like Ekta ones. People r thinking of second marriage,i was happy that it was nothing like that. but now i am sorry. i think it is going that way. too many twists like soaps all the un imaginary things happen. befor it was more realistic and natural. now it is losing it. cretives do something. otherwise nobody is going to watch. now itself the trp everything is down. do something soon. Put some light on Pratigya. i want Pooja to act more and more expressions and some dialogues. Everytime her scen is eaten by krishna. aare yar if u can write soo nice dialogues for krishna give some dialogues for pratigya also. let her do some work.

my personal view is the story has gone far from it's initial track of being a voice against women crimes / abuses where a girl / woman (Pratigya) stand up and fights for her rights. To me it's more of a love story of two people from two different backgrounds got together foe their own reasons!!

If it was about fighting for rights Pratigya should have still been on college and how she handles eve teasers / stalkers in her everyday life - when travelling in bus, trains or even walk on the streets! All we got to see Angad with his two sidekicks teasing girls in the train and when he misbehaves with her she bestows a "slap" for which she is paying the price till now. (problem is real but not the solution)

i was disappointed when pratigya being protagonist of this show has hardly anything to say. She was usual shown to be mum with lack of expressions, she been pratigya had to do all the talking speak her mind as the story revolves around her.

Esp after her marriage she hardly spoke anything just stood their like a doll.

However, I like the story the way it is progressing and for me it's full paisa vasool!!(cause i watch it for krishna and KriYa not for Pratigya or her pratigya🥱)
