Thank you so very much for being a voice of reason in this mad, sad world of Pratigya forum.

I have a good mind to forward the forum posts to some study groups in Sociology. I really need an analysis to fathom how on earth apparently normal women wit presumably good education and backgrond would go do far as to applaud domestic violence, verbal abuse and physical threats from a man. Is this some kind of dormant, sado-masochistic streak in women who feel so enthralled by a good-looking male face that all vestige of judgement about right and wrong goes out of the window? Stalking, threatening, abusing are forms of love in which alternate universe? And after all this, the posters still say that he lubs Pratigya so much?
And the excuse of him being uneducated and coming from a uncultured background?? Since when is innate human values dependant on formal education?
Part of me wants this rape to happen. I know this is a work of fiction and has no connection with reality. But what would be fascinating would be to see the Krishna-lovers putting a positive spin on even something as heinous as rape and how it will be all the fault of Arushi and Pratigya that Krishna had to take this step. some women were saying that it is a priviledge to be even slapped by krishna. I am sure they will take it a step further and say that to be raped by Krishna "naseebwalon ko hi milti he". Pratigya was denying him his physical rights and Krishna was within his rights to take it from her forcibly. and he managed to look hot in bare chest while doing it.. double maza.
And if he indeed pullback at the last mnute, the board will go into raptures over Krishna's self-control and mental strength that he actually didn't commit this act. 'See.. Krishan can fantasize about raping his wife, abd even threaten to do it from time to time. but, he didn't actually do it na". What more evidence do you need to roof his pure and untainted love for that behoodi Pratigya?

You are so right.
This maybe a serial and fictional but the points they are raising are very very real. There are milions of women who are ill treated in so many ways all over India in name of culture and traditions. Most dont even dare to raise a voice. They just suffer in silence...
Crimes against women have increased multi fold..
The man on the street just thinks any women walking on the street is easy game..
Honestly speaking I dont feel secure in India the way I used to do when I was in my teens and studying .
and This insecurity starts from the moment you land in India. The looks you get are enough to want to make you scurry back..
My most important point is that women need to be treated with respect..as a human being not as as a child bearing sub species...
Its really sad to see the way women are being treated in Thakur family and the worse they are proud that their even their grandmother used to faint from beatings of the grand father.
I think these women deserves a medal for their bravery on the battle field called thakur residence

Well said Relda!! I bet these deewaanis of his would support him even if he really does something like that. But pls,I do not want Pratrigya to be a victim of rape.Pls let's hope that it doesn't happen.I want Pratigya to escape and teach him the lesson of his life so tht some sense can be knocked into tht thick head of his!!😡😡😡 Or wait, why should she go through all tht trouble.I want her to leave this jerk so tht he can suffer on his own and realize his own mistakes😡😡😡
It's shocking tht women themselves support things like rape just because the person whose attempting it looks hot or whatever!!😡😡😡
Look what the world has come to !!😲😲😲Those women who supprt Krishna despite this henious attempt honestly, ought to be ashamed of themselves😡😡😡.Their posts indirectly show others their mentality and what they think of such things. How can ppl find such atrotious things like rape as romantic just because the person whose doing it is good looking or just because he happens to "love" her???😡😡😡Comeon, this unpad, jaahil gawad doesn't even know the meaning of love.

👏 Your comment was fantastic! 👏

I agree with everything you said! It's terrible to see people supporting his actions and calling it 'hot' just because the character is physically attractive. How funny is that ideology! If your good-looking then all your sins will be deemed acceptable because, 'hey! your good-looking!'

There have been comments in which supporters have stated that even if Krishna does rape Pratigya, they will continue to love him. Now reading that would have sent an old person into a coma! But it just left me both staggered and astounded. To think such mentality exists, is preposterous!

Blind in love is what they should be called. Because there morals and ethics have been overshadowed by their over consuming obsession with Krishna.

Exactly! 👏 I've never been to India and don't think i plan to. Here in Australia, Indian guys stare at you, stalk you and are basically freaks. Ironic as it is, I'm not Indian so they don't realize that every word they say to me in hindi, I can understand.

But back to the point; some audiences fail to get the actual message of the show. These scenes are intentionally put there to repulse us and show what an extreme character, Krishna is. But instead of being repulsed, people are endorsing their actions and supporting it.

i was reading some other posts on other threaads. Someone said that she was jealous of Pratigya because she got to see a bare-chested Krishna while he was coming to rape her. Good Lord! Now I know the number one criterion to be a successful rapist.. just be good-looking and the women will acquiesce on their own. A hot, bare-chested guy is prize enough to be raped.
And if you are a smart woman, you do not speak haughtily with your husband about tryig to end the sham of a fake regnancy..youa nd only you are responsible if your husband decides to forcibly rape you aftr this. How can an uneducated poor soul be expected to follow the tenets of basic humanity if you provoe him? Shame on Pratigya.
Better yet, there is an online support group forming to back Krishna in case the rape does happen. There love is not so weak that their love can be swayed by something as trivial as rape. Krishna ki jai
