i don't get time to read FF, i started reading some, like Kaasshh had her first one, which i read and it was great, but now there are so many i feel bad if i read one or two peoples so i don't read any, which is bad i know

As for title, i don't know where the story is headed so don't really know what title you can have will suggest something after reading more chapters

It is a very nice and great start.. Please continue. I dont know the what kind of storyline you are having, But you asked for name suggestion, If it is a love story and I hope it is then how about "pyar ko ho jane do" or Ishqiya: :)
