Consume more liquid diet: The summers are hot, one must have lots of liquids and one can rely on the most easily available liquid which is water, because it takes away all the toxins from the body and keeps you hydrated. Apart from water try Nariyal Ka Paani. Not only this, you can also have juices which stimulates sugar level in the body.

Food diet: Avoid oily food and include fresh juices and fruits which have huge quantity of water like watermelon and oranges. Such food habits in summers gives you both physical and mental energy to work more. My diet includes fruits and juices as I prefer tomato juice and mixed fruit juice and I avoid rice because it makes you too sleepy and it's not possible during shooting.

Fashion tips: During the summers, avoid dark colors and wear cotton and light color dresses which absorbs heat easily and avoid black.

Join swimming classes: If you have time from your busy schedule, do join swimming classes to keep yourself fresh and healthy all day.

Skin Care: Our skin, especially the face is very delicate and during the summers especially in the afternoon, the sun rays affects the skin badly so use good sunscreen lotion before stepping out for work.

Hill Stations: These places have good scope during this season as these places rejuvenate our mind and body. Go to nearby places like Mahabaleshwar.

Spa:This is the major rejuvenating tool to beat the heat as there are many options in this also but the most promising is the Jacuzzi spa which I think is available everywhere.
