Chapter-15

The car stopped in front of the Marriage hall where Krishna's and Arushi's marriage was to be held. Arushi got off the car. Arushi was wearing a red lahenga with boutique work on it. Heavy gold jewellery. She was dressed up beautifully. Arushi walked upto the room. Pratigya couldn't be seen anywhere. Arushi went alone to the bridal room in the hall. Pratigya wasn't there with her.

Naina ji smiled and left.

Naina ji and shyam ji was busy welcoming everyone when two or three girls came running from the door shouting that"baraat agi baraat agai" shyam ji and naina ji got very happy and excited. They both ran to the main gate. They saw Krishna and family coming towards the gate. Naina ji wentan brought aarthi thaali. Krishna and his family came towards the door. Naina ji was very happy to see them. She took his aarthi and welcomed them in. They made the arrangements for them to sit separately at a place. Mandap was being prepared by the pandit. Shyam ji went to him and asked the pandit to prepare the manadap as soon as possible as the baraatis have arrived. Pandit agreed. Naina ji asked the waiter to serve some water to them. Krishna had some. Krishna was wearing mehroon sherwaani with off-white pagri. The pandit them called them to mandap as it was ready now. Krishna came and sat their. The pandit then asked them to bring the bride. Naina ji went and brought Arushi. They both perormed all the necessary rasamhs. Then the pandit asked them to stand up and perform the warmaala rasam. They both completed this rasam also. Slowly slowly they performed every rasam of the marriage. The pheras, jaap, and everything. Krishna tied mangalsura in her neck and then the sindoor. The pandit make them stand and told that they both have been tied in the relationship of husband-wife from now. He then asked them to touch the feets of their elders and take their blessings. Arushi and Krishna did it.

Now it was the time for Arushi's bidaai. Arushi lowly took the steps towards her family. She hugged naina ji very tightly and was crying a lot. Her ghungat was still on her face. She was weeping a lot. She then hugged her papa very tightly. She met both of them and then asked naina ji --- mummy, pratigya didi kahan hain? Wo humaari bidaai main bhi shaamil nae hona chahti? Naina ji--- pata nae wo kahan hai. Ajeeb baat hai uss ne ani bahen ki hi shaadi attend nae ki. Arushi--- acha main unhen phone karlun gi. Meanwhile Krishna was talking to her father something and didn't notice Arushi's and naina ji's conversation. Seeta then asked Arushi to come with them and not to weep like this bcoz now krishna's family is her family. Se promised her and Naina ji that she would never let Arushi feel ur absence. She'll provide her maximum love and will keep her like her daughter. She promised that she won't distinguish arushi from komal. She said that both of them are her daughters. Arushi Then hugged naina ji once again and then clearing her tears with her hands went and sat in the car. The car then drove away.

Naina ji was staring through the window praying and hoping for the better future of Arushi. Meanwhile she saw a girl coming from the gate. It was Pratigya. Naina ji thought to herself--- ye itni dair kahan thi. Apni bahen ki shaadi bhi nae attend ki!? Iss ko aisa ka dukh tha jo iss ne apni khud ki bahen ki shaadi nae attend ki? Abhi is ski khabar leti hun main. Saying this she went out of the room to ask pratigya about it.

Oh God!!!the Shaadi is over.Now what???I wonder how Krishna will react once he gets to know tht he hasn't married Pratigya and has actually married her sister 😕 tht was a very good chp.looking forward to the next one. 😊
