I think Mahendra and Julie do have a physical relationship. When Selva asked what she does in return, Mahendra got angry and said that she gives him information. Maybe he didn't want to tell Selva everything about him and Julie. It's normal to do so. Who would like to tell everything about oneself to a 3rd person ??? Now Julie loves Raghav, so she does everything she can do to make Raghav safe in jail. If that means to be physical with someone, then so be it. It doesn't matters to her as she is a prostitute. Because of Raghav, Mahendra and Julie came closer and now they share a physical relationship. That is not a big deal for both Mahendra and Julie. In today's world, many people share a physical relationship without marriage, so why can't Mahendra ??? It's not that Mahendra is from a cultured family. Remember, Brinda once said that "From where you came, people from there can choose only two professions, one against the law and the other is with the law, and you chose to be with the law. But from where I came, people from there have many professions to choose from but I chose this profession". Also, when Mahendra was leaving, he wanted to kiss Julie but she turned her face. So yeah, I do think that Mahendra and Julie share a physical relationship and I also think that Brinda and Mahendra won't fall in love.
