Dreams are dreams - they cannot be old dreams or new dreams. These farms, factory are her way of keeping her parents and their memories alive. She finds solace in them so no harm in working towards those dreams. She just wants to keep good memories and good times spent with here parents and farms are a huge part of those memories. As she said " her mom had birthday parties there, she used to lie down in her lap under the shade of one of the tree" etc...

That is why the land is so important to her - it is that string that attaches her to her childhood, patents...Parents who left her so suddenly and left her with all the responsibility. She grew up in one night...

At present situation saachi is in with those old dreams she is trying to draw strength,solace,way to deal n survive her another heart break n another loss which her twisted destiny thrown at her.so it is worth for saachi to ve a dream/goal/a reason to lead d complicated,hard,twisted life.
