Yesterday when Rudra was downright nasty to her, when he said ho gayi bakwaas? I wanted her to slap him and send him back to his barracks to deal with his frustration by himself. It's one thing to have a no-strings attached relationship, quite another to demean the person you're having it with. So for all of Laila's bravado and worldliness, I actually feel like she will never stand up to Rudra and show him the mirror like Paro did. It's not just because love is blind. It's also because on Indian TV, women in love are idiots and always shown as doormats. They forgive the love of their life anything. Right now Paro hates Rudra . So even though she is abandoned and at his mercy, she fires back at him. I hope they don't turn her into a gooey puddle of mush when she does love him in later episodes.
