Even i started researching SERIOUSLY after hearing the hue and cry against JA. Let them awaken more people to look seriously in what REAL history was.. Let them shout their hearts out ..!..

I couldn't have put it better. You have nailed it on the head. These people need to read your posts and get an understanding of history. Instead of a one point agenda of protests based on hearsay and speculation, protest on something worthwhile, like the way the Amer royal family has been shown. No one could fault them then.

Normally, i try staying away from writing such comments. But, after reading some pre-decided views on forum itself for last couple of months (not on show, but the ERSTWHILE royal family), and add to this the new DRAMA of protest, i couldn't control.

Agree with you. If protest, then have a CLEAR point @red,said correctly, like the recent portrayal. Myself draw my lineage from Ajaimeru, [ :) ] and so since CHILDHOOD, have a first hand experience, of my elders, of how easily and for WHAT NEFARIOUS purposes people distort and degrade history, to such an extent that it becomes almost impossible to distinguish REAL from FAKE. It's only recently i started reading seriously, and found such a messed up literature on digital media. And, THANKFULLY, i am not alone. There are few more members here who are on same terms. The thing is JUST READ YOURSELF, provided sources are CORRECT, as you said, not based on speculation and hearsay.

I think you would agree,
Not only these protestors, but members here also need to read REAL history, to stop from commenting on the veracity of NATURE of erstwhile Royal Family .
It's fine till such things are kept to the show.

When I was in school, we had lesson on Mughals and on every Emperor of Mughal details were given, and as per the lesson I read, Jodha Bai was wife of Akbar and honestly speaking, I was surprised, when the movie was made and there was protest about it that, there was no Jodha Bai in the history as Akbar's wife. So was my text book also wrong??

come on guys, why this noise now when we have movie by that name and there also Jodh has been portrayed as Akbar's wife?
