Why are the current epis hard to watch? For the "sorrow" of seperation or for the beyond ludicrous premise? How many times do they need to rinse, repeat the same crap before all credibility is lost?
Some of us are accused of "deserting" this show and forum as soon as it switched to drama...how is that any fair? I love drama...if there is any CONVICTION, any SENSE in it...if you show me ludicrous bullshit which does not in any way go with the characterization, what "pain" am I exactly supposed to connect to? Why should I care if the characters themselves behave like they are rebooted every few epis with convenient new memories?
Anyways, rant over...
*sigh* It's a bit of both for me at this point - very honestly, I sometimes find myself wishing the story hadn't taken the drastic turn that it did, in the way that it did so quickly, after New Year's Eve, because up until that point (I think Dec 30th was the last time I really loved an episode for the character/relationship development) things were progressing fine...gradually...But then the spike hit...After that...*sad sigh* But what's done is done, so...I'll live with Classic JLZ happily.
Accusations of "desertion" aren't fair...I'd just say, "Live and let live..." and I wish everyone the best, whether they're watching this show or not, for whatever reasons they may have.
All right, then! Rant over from my side, too...
