Jumping onto the RR bandwagon...!!
I was finally able to get my hands on some HQ, subtitled videos and start watching RR. Initially, I watched it with a lot of reserve. Forced skepticism and cynicism in equal proportions. Not really wanting to be that willing fool again, who falls hook, line and sinker for a Hindi series, invests a lot of time and emotions in it and then, watches it being butchered beyond recognition by the makers.
Quite in the manner of a jilted lover, not wanting to give her heart again, so easily!!
But, really, this serial is extraordinary and quite deserving of the adulation it's already receiving...(So far..so good..!! My cynical side sneers.)
Ashish Sharma's acting is absolutely top notch and I'm actually enjoying the whole rustic, earthy flavor to his personality. He might not be an Adonis but he's ruggedly good-looking with sexy, intense eyes..(which is even better, IMO!!)
Sanaya's acting is as usual brilliant and I feel there'll be many more layers to her character...(Wishful thinking??)
The story line promises to be intense and believable..(Don't they all in the first 100 episodes or so?..Don't mind my irrepressible, cynical side again..!!)
All in all, I just threw caution and doubt to the wind and jumped onto the RR bandwagon...:)
And I'm lovin' it.😉
