Sirji and Sandhya both were right

Sirji's idea of imbibing masculine qualities I have to agree with. Masculine qualities doesnt mean you have to man up. But you have to show grit, determination, ambition, focus , analytical ability and stamina to be in a profession that demands these qualities. People mistake men to have only masculine qualities and women to ahve feminine qualities. But these is a wrong notion. These qualities can come in either gender that is why we have lady IPS officers and male nurses.

Sandhya too was right in telling that she understand she needs to build stamina and cutting hair or removing saree, bindi chudi etc.. cannot imbibe the qualities she needs. She needs self belief and determination and that has nothing to do with her outward appearance and she has to build them from inside. Very true.

But the crux of the matter is that Sandhya has gone against authority and it is for her to prove that her thought is correct.
