Kudos to Manasi Salvi for taking this decision! This serial has become a big drag, like many shows it did well initially but its lost the plot. Avantika's character has been butchered long time ago! She was by far the highlight of this show, the best actor, the best character, which has been exceptionally performed by Manasi!
For the longest time her character was going no way, and you could tell she was bored out of wit with this show! I have been fan of this show, only because of Avantika, so thank you Manasi for taking this honest decision! It's really unfortunate the creatives could not utilise your talent when there was so much potential!

With the start of the new track of Sheela's brother and bhabhi entering the scene, and the issues of why Adi didn't marry their daughter and chose Pankhudi instead over their daughter, it seems like Avantika is staying...I think they showed that the surgery was done and it was a success since they Preeti went back home??!!

Although now, today they show Preeti talking to a lawyer about divorce formalities...not really sure where this show is going.
