Maan had spared no expenses for this event. The hall was richly decorated yet it looked stylish. The food was a variety from continental to Chinese. Every person who entered the hall should see the standards of KC.

The hall was filling in and clients and KC employee's were arriving one after the other. Maan's father, mother, Dadi, in fact every single person of Khurana family was present apart from Naintara who was at home with little Pari. They wanted to meet the man that had caused them so much trouble.

Maan smirked. Not even one MC member had showed up yet. He looked around. His employees were all dressed in their best robes and suits. They looked professional and formal. This was just the way it was meant to be. The guests were impressed. Since Maan had entered he was congratulated by almost every one of them. He looked around and saw Pinky. She had arrived at the given time. Since Adi had to come, too, she wanted to join him. But Adi had sent her off first. There was a little surprise for them all and he didn't want to ruin it.

As Maan was talking to a foreign client the spotlight fell on the main entrance.

They arrived and their entry was worth the wait. All of them entered together. Geet wanted them all to wear same colours to show unity and the way they looked was amazing. MC's logo was made of the colours black and red. Hence she had requested males to come in black suit with black shirts and red tie and females to dress in black sari with red beadwork or red jewellery. The effect was breath taking. Geet had told them all to wait a minute at the door so everyone could have a good look at them. Then one after the other came in with pride and confidence. The last ones were Vicky, Adi and Geet. The trio waited another moment before entering.

"What an entry" the man said next to Maan. Even Maan had to admit that they came with style. His eyes were stuck on Geet. He had once seen her in sari but today there was something different about her. Her skin glowed with self-esteem, her eyes had an unexpected flame in them and her posture showed that she was Geet and people better remembered. Even the Khurana's had seen them. They were stunned. Shashank Khurana's anger vanished and interest took over. He wanted to know who this MD was that had managed to put KC into its shadow by MC's mere appearance.

"Good evening Mr Khurana." Geet held her hand in front of Maan, who came to his usual self and looked at her hand. He didn't shake it, he just smiled.

"It seems your MD didn't make it to the grand entry, such a shame."

"So you admit that our entry was grand? Thanks a bunch for the compliment. But just wait and watch Mr Khurana. Today you will deeply regret having said what you said. I promise you that." Geet grinned and walked off.

Sharks were ready to attack the dolphins and that too in front of audience.

"Hi, I am Sasha, head architect of Khurana Constructions." She held her hand in front of Yash and Romeo. They shook her hand. Sasha had made sure to stand between clients so they could all hear her.

"Tell me, what university did you attend?" Romeo smiled at Yash, who smiled back.

"I didn't attend any university Miss." Sasha looked confused. She wanted to out beat him since she had done her degree in London and thought she had a more valuable degree.

"I just passed my 12^th class." Romeo said with pride. Everyone gasped.

"And you are working as an architect?" She asked in disbelieve. The people were listening.

"No Miss, Yash is. I am a creative. Our MD believes in ability rather than qualification. I have a good hand at drawing and when my talent was discovered I got promoted and got to attend private classes to improve my skills. A degree won't do much good, even if it is from a foreign university. MC believes in talent."

At another point Tasha was trying to corner Seema. Shashank Khurana and his wife were standing close by.

"So Seema, you joined MC? Still a receptionist, are you?"

"No" Seema said proudly.

"I am junior architect at Mishra constructions." Tasha choked on her drink.

"I realised after leaving KC that I had just wasted my time there. The MD of Mishra Construction luckily gives one a job according to their capabilities which I unfortunately cannot say about the MD of KC. I had to take up a low level job at KC even with a first class degree in architecture. Today I feel ashamed of that. MC believes in giving chances."

Shashank and Divya were shut.

At another point Dev saw Muskaan. He had seen this girl before.

"Excuse me, haven't I seen you before?" he asked. Geet had a little chat with Muskaan after their meeting. She had talked to the girl in a strict voice explaining that she had no reason to get afraid of anyone. They frightened her because she let them. If she would show them that she is strong then they would not dare raise their voice.

"Yes, I am sure you have Dev sir. I was Maan sir's old secretary." Dev remembered.

"And now? What position are you working at currently at MC?"

"I am personal assistant to Geet." She said proudly.

"A shame really. Geet says I am a big loss to KC. You see I was fired because I came one minute late to office at my first day. I never got to prove my abilities to the MD." Muskaan quickly looked to her right as Maan was standing their. She had purposely raised her voice so he would hear. Dev was astonished at the confidence level of this girl. He had remembered her under so many fired secretaries he had seen because she had actually pleaded to be given a chance. But Maan was Maan and had not given in.

"I am proud to be a MC employee. MC believes in forgiveness."
