Interrogation of a woman detainee?

Rudra is no doubt a patriotic and the BSD are the ones looking for criminals...but saying that , does it give them the right to treat a detainee in such a ruthless and harsh manner. I didn't see a woman being interrogated...instead, I saw a woman tortured. She was pushed, dragged, manhandled. Is this the way a detainee should be treated or interrogated? There should be a protocol maintained by the security force. If he believes that she is a criminal ...there should be charges filed against her but she should definitely not be treated like an animal.

sadly, there is no level of treatment of women in India.otherwise the gangrape would not have happened. They are mistreated inside the jail too.
My cousin's purse was stolen on the train and the police came in and accused her for sleeping in the train.she should have stayed up and watched over her belongings was his exact words...

You raised a valid point. The concerned officer was in fact over-doing.. violating minimum norms of interrogation.. But you see, the character of Rudra has been shown that way from the beginning.. he is already (in)famous for excessive use of force..

But the reality is harsher than this..In a remote place like Birpur concepts like rights of accused or protocols do now exist.

so the law enforcement doesn't work there. I was very curious about the original border force of India and I did read ruthless stories of atrocities.
As for women's safety in India...there is none I guess.

I find it cruel the way he drag her and throw her down as if she's a peace of trash especially infront of the whole villagers.

I am afraid the serial is just reinforcing the norms...in a way validating them. There should be a proper protocol while interrogating a detainee. Rudra has a personal issue towards women...his childhood might have been troubled but that does not give him the right to be ruthless to a woman who he just arrested. He is not professional by any standard, infact I found him very unstable. On the contrary his fellow officer was much more in tune.

Paro's treatment was extremely painful and horrific to watch.

I was going to make a post about same thing. Rudra must not even touch Paro, a female officer supposed to do interrogation.
I love parud chemistry but it is very difficult to watch, when they show "the hero" treats "the heroin" like this. Poor Sanaya, even in previous show her character went through hell and ill treated by the hero , same thing is happening here too.

I am Mony BTW, I am a silent member most of the time😊

Agree with you 100% but the show makers and the channel should not encourage these kinds of behaviour in the name of chemistry/hotness/entertainment etc, there should be some boundary. The way Rudra is treating Paro is very cruel...not acceptable. I FF most of the episode, couldn't watch it.
