Agra Palace was buzzing with workers,running from here to there.The palace was decorated beautifully... Atgah Sahab and other ministers were checking the security measures,while,the women,namely,Salima Begum,who was with Jodha and Hamida Bano and Ruqaiyya Begum were checking the preparations.
After ages,the Mughal empire was gifted with a precious gift.

Almighty Allah bestowed the boon of giving birth to the ''Waris'' of the Mughal Sultanate to Begum Jodha,who will tak over the throne after his father,the Great Ruler,Shehanshah Jalaluddin Mohammed.
The palace is now in a very happy and festive mood.. Jalal is really very happy as he is going to be the father of the next Shehanshah,his and Begum Jodha's son...
Jodha is now in her 8th month of pregnancy.. Everybody in the palace takes very special care of Jodha... Jodha feels really blessed and is really very fortunate to get such loving and caring in-laws.
Once,Jalal heard about this ''Goudh Bharai'' ritual from his mother-in-law,Maharani Mainavati,when they were in Amer,to celebrate the birth of Sukanya's child... From then on,he promised himself that,this ritual will be comducted when Begum Jodha will conceive the heir to the Mughal Throne.
Today,Agra Palace will conduct the same ''Goudh Bharai'' ritual for Begum Jodha,in a grand way.
Jodha was getting ready in her chamber with the help of Salima Begum and Moti,when the guards' proclaimed,
''Hoshiaar,Mallika-E-Aazam,Marium Makkani Hamida Bano tashrieef la rahe hain...''
As Jodha and Salima Begum hard the announcement,they quickly straightened themselves. Hamida Bano enters Jodha's chamber and greet each other...
''Ma Sha Allah,Jodha beta.. Bohut khoobsurat lagrahi hai aap... Allah se ek hi darkhwast hai ki aapko aur aapke aanewale bacche ko har buri nazar se bachaye aur lambi umar daraz karein.. Ameen...''
''Summa Ameen..'' Salima Begum,said.
''Begum Salima,Deewan-E-Khaas taiyaar hai... Hum chahte hai,ki,aap Jodha ko leke aaiye wahaan pe...''
''Ji,zarur...'' Salima Begum,answered.
Saying this,Hamida Bano left Jodha's chamber for Deewan-E-Khaas.

Everyone has assembled in the Deewan-E-Khaas... Jalal was waiting for his Jodha to come... He was getting excited. Everyone,present in Deewan-E-Khaas was also impatiently waiting for Begum Jodha to arrive.
After some minutes,the guards' proclaimed,
''Ba-Adab.. Ba-Mulaiza,hoshiyaar... Mallika-E-Hundustan,Marium-uz-Zamaani,Begum Jodhaa tashrief la rahi hai...''
As Jodha kept the first step inside the Deewan-E-Khaas,everybody stood up and greeted her ''Aadaab'' with a smile on their faces,to which,Jodha also greeted then back with a ''Pranaam''. Jodha held Salima Begum's hand and proceeded towards her seat,behind the curtains. Hamida Begum and Salima Begum helped Jodha to sit down.
''Aaram se baithiye,Jodha beta... Agar koi bhi takleef ho,humein fouran ikhtila kijiye..''
''Ji,Ammijaan..'' Jodha said,sweetly.
As everybody sat down,Jalal said,
''Hazreen,aaj humare aur pure Mughal Saltanat keliye bohut hi khushi ka din hai,kyunki,aaj humari Jodha Begum ki Goudh Bharai ki Jashn hai (Jodha blushed when Jalal said this,looking at her)... Hum sabse darkhwast karte hai,ki,aap sab iss Jashn mein shareek hoiye aur Begum Jodha aur humare aanewale bacche ko bohut saari dua aur aashirwaad dijiye...''
Everybody nodded their heads in a ''Yes'' and smiled.
''Hum Mallika-E-Hindustan aur Begum Marium-Uz-Zamaani,Begum Jodha ko darkhwast karte hai ki woh yahaan humare kareeb baithe... Aaiye,Begum Jodha...''
