Vishal did a very good job.

I haven't seen the episode yet so I am reserving my comments on it. It sounds really good from all posts I have read, but I am just a little bit sad that Varunsa turned out to be a bad guy. 😆 I know, I know...all the baraatis were involved so it has highly unlikely he was innocent. But I really hoped he was just a pawn...he was just as unaware as Paro...and all the things he said to Paro held some truth. 😒

Anyway...this isn't really what this post is about. 😳 The post is about Vishal Gandhi, who shined in his cameo role. Some people wondered why thay had cast the talented and good looking Vishal to play Varun, when he is meant to die.

When Varun wooed Paro, we felt a tug in our hearts.

When Paro was mesmerized, we could totally see why.

When ore piya played in the background, we totally shipped them even though we knew Paro is meant to be with Rudra, even though some of us suspected he was too good to be true and some of us wanted him to be good only because he was the first man Paro gave her heart to.

And not to mention, he had good chemistry with Sanaya.

In short, although it was a cameo, Varun was a hugely important character and had it been a rookie actor, it may not have left such an impact.

I am really glad the makers roped in good actors, even if it for small roles and Vishal was very, very good as Varun. 👏👏

He showed concern when he saw paro unconscious. He showed care when he lifted and placed her on the cart. Although many were disappointed that he turned negative in the end, I felt he was desperate to get away from the unrelenting officer who was writing death everywhere with his gun. Holding a woman, who belongs to his country would stop the man from taking his life, he must have thought and took that only option in hand of holding paro a captive. But alas! That was Rudra. 'Thaari marji' do whatever you want to do. I will do anything to protect my country's name, was his only motto. And Varunsa was gone leaving the audience confused.
