And would you guess who made the introduction? Yup, Ranveer Singh, who was said to be dating Anushka at that time! Here's the full scoop from our source.

Industrywalla says: While everyone is talking about Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli now, I am told that the two have actually been secretly dating for quite some time. However, the news only came out when the couple was in the limelight for doing that shampoo commercial together. In fact, there is even a buzz in the industry that she was the one who coaxed her agency in to getting him to star opposite her in the endorsement.

How did they meet? Through Ranveer Singh! Actually, Anushka's ex and Virat had met up casually at a party a few years ago when the Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram Leela actor was still dating her. Then, through Ranveer, Virat and Anushka ended up meeting each other. So it is kind of strange that Ranveer was the one who informally introduced Virat to Anushka. I guess he didn't know at that time that fate had a strange future in store, because the person he introduced started dating his ex-girlfriend after they broke up!
