Glitch in Changing Username!!{solved}

I'm trying to change my username from quite sometime,but it won't let me.(Changed it last time a year ago) Everytime I update my "New Username",the pop-up window zonks out.Please look into this matter and resolve this Bug asap.Or else please change it for me!!
New Username: JiahKaJen
