I watched the episode and was relieved.I agree with your points.👏 Would love to give my take.😉

But, 2 points of disappointment .:.
1. CV's are going to do the same with Jodha which they did with Jalal, since last track. 😕
2. My prof. is leaving no stone unturned to give me sleepless nights..😕.🤢.

Just got some time, so here's a quick conclusion from me.

CV's have again committed a blunder here. How can they do the following:

a. Jodha should first ask jalal, then inform her father.?😕..Isn't it..??
b. Even, (i feel), HAmida Bano, came to know of it later.😕...Am i correct..?
c. Mirza should first ask jalal not jodha..😕...That is the proper channel..!.

Are they the original CV's..??😕?

Rest, Akdha scenes were fine. 😆

But, seems CV's are now going to experiment on jodha.
So, we should be ready for an another round of torture.😡 ..
But, Shivani track will ensure that Ben ko to nahi dekhna padega ab..!.

BTW, i am planning a fun post (trying for first time.😕.), to just interact with people here. Hope it goes off well.

Abhay lines in bold

So many flaws

Jodha directly talks with HB without talking with Jalal and even calls her father to Agra
Now suppose Bharmal Mainavati are against this alliance, can they say so openly in darbar? Of course not they have to say wah wah good alliance we are happy!

Jalal for once is practical and wants to talk with Shivani, why should Jodha say no, let him confirm. Jalal is pointing out how their marraige was a compromise so he just wants to make sure.

BIG IMP thing - is Jodha bothered to find out if Shivani can keep her religion? Are Mirza H and his mother ok wtih giving her freedom that Jodha has like ok to practice her religion and have temple etc.
Why Jodha should assume they will or not, should not what Shivani wants matter

I was surprised seeing all that Jodha has faced why she would want to expose her sister to all that, how much she knows Mirza H really? Plus he stays in Kabul, what does Jodha know about his lifestyle, family there?

Why can Jodha allow jalaal to talk to Shivani... He is her husband, the emperor and the brother of the bride groom...So why can Jalaal can talk to Shivani ?

How can Jodha forget this same Jalaal has got sukanya a rishta from Rajvansh and also sacrificed tomb for her wedding ... How can JO so much ungrateful...

What ever may be they have in differences, but because of Jalaal Sukanya got married, so let Jalaal deal this one also...

Neither JO nor her parents asked will Shivani will remain as Hindu or not ?

Actually when Jodha tells Jalal she does say Hakim likes Shivani, I have called Bapusa now - you and him discuss and decide - but again will Bharmal be able to say no if he wants to! Should Jodha not have talked with Bharmal in confidence first!

Jalal is right in this situation so now Jodha has to act this way!

Line in blue - exactly - it is not necessary that Hakim and his mother would have same view about religion, even Jalal agrees to give Jodha religious freedom cos he realises at once that it is her way of getting him to say no to marriage. And Jalal wanted to marry her at any cost so he says yes.

I have decided to totally ignore certain person with B-
She will not exist for me, we gave her too much imp by talking about her
So she became imp to CVs by getting too much publicity
Now enough

Jodha was total wrong in shivani case...

She very well know how much problem she is facing in Agra, why take risk, she directly send paigam to her father... Why she forgot Jalaal in this ? ...

However Shivani is going to prove how much she is ungrateful to her parents, atleast didn't tell JO or anyone her love story .. Why she came to Agra to elope ? How can she think to elope from her sister sasural ?..How much shameful to her parents & her sister ?

By the way I agree with your opinion that Jodha is doing things the right way from her own upbringing's point of view. It is her familial system that elders are asked for their consent before the next generation. And to add to that, how can she bypass her father's consent first and apply to Jalal? Even if he is the Shahehnshah of a sultanate and all that, if her own father were to veto the idea, where is the question of jalal agreeing? In fact it would seem silly for the emperor to be saying yes when the girl's father has objections?
So as hamida also told her, it was right, in my book, that Jodha asked her father first (in order of seniority as well as family) and then also told Jalal simultaneously that she had done so - and if her father should say yes, he could along with her father decide what's best going forward.
But on the question of whether Shivani should have been asked her choice I disagree with you. I think any girl deserves a chance to state her views.

Just suppose Bharmal and Mainavati are against the idea, they do not like it. When Jodha calls them to Agra could they have dared to say in darbar - Thanks but no Thanks! We think we will search for a Rajvanshi or dare to ask can Shivani remain a Hindu and get same freedom as Jodha from Hakim and HIS Mother?
So where is the matter of choice or option for them?!

Hamida and Salima in particular have been so very caring and protective of her that she could survive in Agra despite many chaals. In this case again the to-be groom is good natured and not like Jalal. Plus another very exciting thing for Jo might be that she and Shivani will stay together now (like she said 'ab hum dono saath rehenge). She seemed all too pleased with this alliance. So never for a moment doubted on this another Mughal-Rajputana alliance. Again here, Bharmal does have the choice to say no, which both Hamida and Jalal know for a fact. Hence they discussed about this in Diwan -e- khas.

Last line in bold, agree totally. Bharmal has no choice has to say yes
