Yeah! Maybe KRK (while acting as RK) will meet her suddenly, and will not know how to behave with her since he was never told about her. So Padmini will find his behaviour strange and tell Madhu about it.
Then Madhu will think hard and recall moments spent with KRK which makes her doubt him. And then she will go and see KRK (actually RK) in jail, and seeing his reaction and behaviour, she will know it's RK. And she will break down and taunt herself for the umpteenth time for not recognising her husband. Ok, I stop here 😆
