I just watched today's episode and i think if Aliyah does eat the sweets, it will definitely cause trouble in the house and maybe Zeeshan's parents might be blamed but i think Shabana is too polite to blame anyone just like that. i think she will be more concerned about her daughter than who did this to her. BUT i could be wrong.
if Zeeshan's parents are blamed then i can assure you that Zain will not stand there and let them be blamed. i think he will confess because he's not the type to let others face the repercussions of his mistakes. 👏
I hope nothing happens to Aaliyah but if she does end up eating the rat poison then i think Zain will start taking more care of her and we'll see him worried for Aaliyah
