A snake is captured by the Sapera in the courtroom and it is declared that it is the "ichhadari nagin"! The judge orders that it be taken to a veterinary hospital for testing by Dr. Bhargavđ¤Łđ¤Ł
Maya comes to KD and is crying fake tears. KD notices the mud on her shoes and the handkerchief she was using to wipe her tears. He is suspicious of her

Elsewhere Maya is questioning Savita. She asks if Savita beliefs there is a icchadari nagin. She says she didn't believe it, but three friends are dead. She mentions that she is wearing a taveez that protects her from the naagin - it was given by the Sapera 2 her. Maya takes her leave, but is then shown outside Savita's bathroom window. She observes Savita with a sinister look and then crouches so she is no longer visible if one looks out the window. Savita is shown washing her face and then looking for the taveez...before she can put it back on a snake appears - it leaps onto her and bites her forehead.
KD informs the court that the snake is missing and four people were poisoned by the same snake. The court and KD question Dr. Bhargave about the missing snake. KD doesn't think the snake could have broken the glass case it was in. He mentions a rudrask found nearby and question. KD then questions the Sapera about whether the rudrak is his. He of course denies the allegation.
KD then provides evidence b4fore the court which suggests that Maya was at all the crime scenes. He then goes on to establish that Maya doesn't exist (she isn't who she says she is). The court also learns that "Maya" is now disappeared. Court is adjourned to locate MIA "Maya".
KD's client kills the snake in cell in court. She does so in self defense. KD says this was same snake that poisoned the four dead friends.
The court asks about "Maya" - Police says they have been unable to locate her. Sapera asserts its becoz Maya is iichadari naagin.
Prosecutor presents evidence that the snake is Ava's. But, KD says she was in custody. Prosecutor says Ava trained it to kill.
Evidence is presented that Sapera visited jail and snake appeared right after. Sapera says "icchadari nagin" took his shape and Sapera was not there.
KD suggests the killer is Anmol, who did not want to lose his pet snake! Prosecutor exclaims how this is possible. KD asserts they have no more evidence against his client as against Anmol. Court decides to free Abha when Prosecutor cannot rebutt the evidence that there out of four deaths occurred while Ava was in jail. The court says that is however not the end of the case. Police still have to locate "Maya".
Ava comes to thank KD. KD becomes suspicious and asks Varun to follow Ava. They follow her and find her with a woman in burkha ("Maya").
Back in court - KD presents "Maya" - urf Ava's sister. KD tells that he figured out Ava n "Maya" urf Bivha were related through their similar rings, which he researched on the internet.
Sister Maya confessions she committed the crimes. KD, however, proofs she was in New York for the 1st crime and could not have done it. She is only responsible the three of the crimes KD then states that his client Ava is responsible for 1st murder. Prosecutor is shocked KD lost won case. KD explains his own win/lose is irrelevant - its the truth's win that matters. Ava confesses. She did it for gold coins and revenge of an insult.
