Episode opens with a snake sitting on a cement plank in moonlight. Soon its morning and six people come there. They are Aabha, Anmol, Vivan, Ravi, Koyel and one more girl (Can't recall her name). They spot the snake and kill it even after Aabha's request to spare the creature. She claims they all will suffer for this. Thereafter they dig the place and discover the gold coins they had come for. The group leaves after listening to a payal's voice. They are stopped by a Snake charmer i.e. Sapera Bhairon who claims that they all will be killed by a nagin who will soon be taking her vengeance. Vivan rubbishes his words and all move away.
After reaching at a particular place, the girls insult Aabha to which she gets angry and decides not to go with them. Anmol too leaves without Aabha, to get his share of the coins. Aabha murmurs she'll avenge her insult.
At night, Koyel is bitten by a snake and she dies instantly. Dave examines the scene while the other girl in the group, Vivan and Anmol are there too. The girl utters that photos of killers are imprinted in snake's eyes. Vivan refuses to believe and questions how the nagin got Mumbai's address from Satara? A constable finds out a ring and also informs Dave that the watchman spotted a girl with light eyes. Anmol identifies the ring as Aabha's. Aabha is arrested by the police.
Anmol goes to meet KD and Varun tells him he'd have claimed him mad in case he wasn't his friend's brother. Anmol reveals the treasure hunt to KD and he utters they all have done wrong. At first they will have to return the coins to the government and later there will be a case on them all. He further says that Icchadhari (Shape shifting) Nagas and nagin exist only in stories. Meanwhile, a lady Maya enters and tells KD that she's doing a research on Icchadhari snakes. She assists a Hollywood director who is coming to India for a related project. She heard about this case and wants to follow as it will help her in the research. She further utters that her heart says Icchadhari snakes do exist.
In the jail, Aabha feels as if a snake is inside her cell and screams. KD arrives there too and Dave tells him that she's screaming since the start. Aabha requests KD to rescue her.
The prosecutor begins the case in the court. Judge questions the reason for blaming Aabha as Koyel died due to snake bite. The prosecutor Dixit claims that she was the one who took the snake there. She shows Aabha's ring and utters that the watchman saw her and her footprints as well as fingerprints have been spotted in the garden and on the window. Aabha in her defense says that she went to say sorry and left soon after she saw that Koyel was sleeping. She further reveals that recently Koyel met her and apologized for her behavior, she didn't bother to listen anything else and gave her Anmol's ring to return it to him. That's why police got the ring there.
Dixit claims she's making a story and calls Dr. Bhargav, for whom Aabha worked. She asks him that how a cobra snake vanished from his lab? Bhargav through a flashback reveals that Aabha was treating a cobra snake, Anmol came and Aabha started arguing as she was in no mood to talk to him. The snake went missing a few hours after. KD asks how he'e so sure that the same snake bit Koyel.
Dixit tells him that Aabha stole the gold coins too and police discovered it from her house, she claims that Aabha killed Koyel for those coins. Anmol is called in the witness box.
He reveals that his college group decided to go on a treasure hunt, in Satara. Aabha too wanted to join but his friends didn't want an outsider to join as it was a secret mission. They all agreed later though. The judge states that they all broke the law and hence a case will be filed on all. KD tells the judge that none of these guys can leave the city.
Scene shifts to Ravi's house where Maya arrives.
Back to the court, Anmol repeats the snake charmer Bhairon's words.
Meanwhile, Ravi decides to go to the court hearing and Maya requests him to accompany her too. He agrees.
One more bit of court scene is shown.
Scene again shifts to Ravi and Maya. Ravi tells her that he dreams of snakes now. Maya tells him that dreams often come true; Ravi is amazed and tries to confirm what she just uttered. Maya ignores it and asks him to stop the car as she needs to leave, due to an urgent work. Ravi obeys her.
Scene shifts to the court and KD claims that the murder is a human brainchild and Icchadhari snakes don't exist.
Ravi notices that Maya has left her handkerchief. He tries to fix something in the music player when suddenly he notices the image of a snake on the back seat, in the front mirror. Before he could do anything, the snake bites and kills him.
A policeman rushes in the court and informs them that Ravi's body is outside the court.
KD discusses the case with Varun and Sunaina in his office. Maya arrives and she's offered tea/coffee. She shocks them by uttering that she drinks only milk. Varun brings a glass of milk for her and all of them observe her drinking the milk.
Anmol, Vivan and the other girl are discussing the same case when Bhairon arrives there. The girl and Anmol plead him to save them and he gives them a Taveez. Vivan doesn't accept it and leaves insulting Bhairon.
Maya leaves after finishing her milk and KD utters he never saw someone drinking milk with such a pleasure. Varun agrees and tells KD that Maya looks normal but she isn't. Anmol comes there with Bhairon.
Vivan goes to watch TV and switches it off as all the channels were showing snakes. He turns and is shocked to see a snake operating the remote. He's attacked and dies.
Bhairon sees the glass in which Maya drank milk and claims that a snake woman has drank milk from this glass. KD refuses to believe and tells him that even the court won't believe. He gets a call and is informed that Vivan is dead. Bhairon tells him he had to die as he insulted him, he later claims that Maya is a snake woman and he'll prove it.
Dave arrives in the court with Vivan's maid Chanda who claims that Maya came to Vivan's house and became a snake. Maya rubbishes this claim and says he never went to his house. Bhairon enters the court and reveals that yesterday Maya herself came to him, and warned him to stay away as she's taking revenge. Maya rubbishes his claim too and adds that she was in her hotel.
Bhairon plays the snake charming music and Maya begins dancing at his tunes. She goes back to the witness box and laughs. Dixit asks her why she started dancing to which Maya tells her that she was only acting. Later she questions all that how they let a sapera enter the court. She later seeks permission to leave as her insult was intolerable now. Before leaving she tells KD that she'll be right back to him, to avenge her insult.
KD tells the judge that Aabha was in the police custody when Ravi and Vivan were killed. Murderer is one as all the three have been killed in a similar way. Suddenly, a snake moves around KD's legs and the judge screams to warn KD as he notices it first. KD recalls Maya's words.
