The Indian Maritime Day was celebrated at Ravindra Natya Mandir with a lot of music, dance and masti recently. At the audience filled auditorium, one could hardly find a place to sit as people continued to walk in to watch the show. The brightly lit stage was lit up even brighter when Manav Gohil and Shweta Kawaatra walked in to dance on some fast-paced numbers. And even though in Nach Baliye, the duo hardly missed a beat, Shweta slipped a little on the stage while dancing but thankfully, had hubby Manav to hold on to when she slipped! The little slip caused many in the audience to laugh and being the good sports that they are, Shweta and Manav too laughed along with them. And Shweta got a big kiss from Manav for that too! After the dance performance that left the audience asking for more, it was the turn of Kishore Kumar's son Amit Kumar to take centrestage. The singer introduced himself while singing a song and thereafter, went on to sing a number of golden oldies from his father's vast collection of songs. And as he sang Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi and possibly any song you can imagine of his father's, it definitely took a lot of people in the audience down memory lane! Well, music and dance does have the ability to move everybody and that's exactly what happened here!
