Ranbir Kapoor Has NOT Proposed to Katrina Kaif!

Remember when we reported what Ranbir Kapoor was overheard telling a friend of his at the Filmfare Awards rehearsal? The actor said Katrina Kaif is very ambitious, and therefore they aren't planning on tying the knot now, as he doesn't want to get in the way of her career. For some reason, people began speculating that that meant Ranbir proposed, but Katrina refused to marry him. There have even been many reports doing the rounds about Ranbir popping the question and Katrina rejecting him. The question is, are those rumours true?

Our Industrywalla confirms that this news isfalse, saying that Ranbir has not even proposed as of yet, so the question of Katrina rejecting him doesn't arise.The two have already discussed their relationship and decided not to get married any time soon. In fact, sources close to the couple indicate to us that there are no marriage plans for the next four years. We're not sure whether they will eventually change their minds - four years is a long time - but that seems to be the timeline they're working with as of now.

Marriage or not, things are going well for them. They are currently holidaying in the US, and although their vacation was supposed to end this week, Katrina has decided to extend it. Industrywalla revealed to us that Katrina wants some more time with Ranbir before she dives back into work, and therefore they are taking a little more time off. Katrina has even asked her managers to postpone any shoots she has lined up until she returns to the city.
