1- I think the answer lies in your own post. lol. You are talking as an Atheist and I wrote that as a Muslim.
2- Of course over religious people can be bad. I don't know about Asa Ram but taliban types who claim to be conservative real muslims are one such example. that was never my point
3- You too perhaps are showing lack of awareness. Even if we put aside conservative and liberal mindset among muslims, from our knowledge of teachings of islam, what these two women showed is a contradiction. You can take any interpretation of Islam and you won't see behavior of wearing bikinis and posing allowed. That is a fact. This does not mean I am saying she should be wearing burqa. I am sorry like it or not it is just not there. There is no excuse or a way around it. Then at the same time we see them offering namaz and being religious. That is the disconnect I was trying to understand. I asked maybe that is a pattern among Indian Muslim women.
4- These are not two random women. They came back to back in a show
5- Overall point was why are such muslim women picked for the show? why can't we see normal ones like sampat paal etc.
Women including muslim women are still free to live their life as they want to and that includes wearing anything or nothing as it is not my business nor do i care. lol. However since I know about Islam this contradictory behavior and that too year after year made me think is this a coincident? Every year there is gay type, a star, a fighter, a lover and then add to it this.
