i read both the chapters just now and found the entire story take a 360 degree turn.

poor Khushi, the circumstances of fate had her in despicable situation... and she is leading her life in guilt of her past and remorse that she doesn't want to even end her life to feel the torment of guilt and remorse. she is slowly killing her life by her own hands.
And our handsome hunk eavesdropped and listened to the convo. but the egoist that he is, cannot do anything instead of questioning himself why he is feeling anything for Khushi. loved the situation that you have described his inner battle.
and finally Khushi's past is out but not fully. its too painful.
