Nausheen --Back with a new show--article

E ver wondered what's up with the first Kusum of Kksusm. Apart from a film, she will be seen in a show for Zee TV. It's learnt that the Nausheen Ali Sardar has signed the next televi- sion soap to be produced by Milnd Soman. The actress has has not been too active on the small screen since her exit from Balaji's Kkusum. Sardar says, "Yes, I will be doing a new show on television but I can't reveal its details right now. It's too early to speak." The show is believed to have a sensitive theme that deals with the relationship between an actress and her mother. A family drama, the show is touted as a break- through concept on the program- ming landscape. Milind Soman asserts that he has roped in some of the best known faces of television." He refused to name any of them though. Nausheen Ali Sardar is also part of a Hollywood project directed by and Ankush. Titled Glenn Storm, the film will see Sardar por- traying the role of a Catholic-Mus- lim girl. She informs that the film will start shooting in June. Alok Nath and Kanu Gill are in the support- ing cast. Soman's production house Face Entertainment right now has the kiddy show Ghost Bana Dost on Star One. ruhail.amin@hindustantimes.com
