Saif = Bluehead Wrasse, a type of fish where the females change to males with a distinct change in specific physical attributes (colour/pattern on skin). In Saif's case the change is demonstrated via his forehead and facial hair. He is a nawab, hence the blue (blood).

For anyone interested, the opposite is true of Hrithik: he is a clownfish where the male changes to female.
