This is the limit of wilful misinterpretation on your part. For one, Sangram did not intend it to be meant as 'bin painde ka'. Malishka specifically asked him "Painda hai na lote ka" and Sangram replied "Haan, painda hai, painda hai".

Now, even if you take that as Sangram taking the easy way out (as he always does), there is still no reason for anyone to accuse Tanisha of changing sides; she has consistently remained with her group.

With that cleared, we come to the question of interpreting lota as indicating motapa. Everyone was giving Sangram a tough time, who gets worked up in reaction, so she decided to join in the fun and said the first thing that came to her mind, that's all.
