well I agree with Ian Chappel, he is past his prime and its time he gives way to youngsters . I am not saying that he should retire immediately but maybe stay for a year or two and then retire .

as for some who say that he is not responsible for the debacle , I would say every player was responsible in some way for the debacle . Sacin is considered God is some parts of our country and its time he gives back . I wont say he didnt but at present he isnt and thats what should be a yardstick .

players shouldnt be judged on their past records but on their present form and record and thats what should be the yardstick for every plater however great he is or was .

as for Ian Chappel , well if Sunil Gavaskar can pass comments abt Australian team and Ricky Ponting and Drag late David Hookes in it then we shouldnt complain if Ian Chappel comments on Sachin .

I personally felt these australians give their opinions when no one wants to hear them, I had felt sachin should retire ,Kumble has done it too. but retiring now when we are at an all time low is not good for indian cricket.he is a hero and he should do it before the entire indian team ,not the sad way in which kumble did.
As for Ian chappel ,he can keep some words of advice for his brother too.he too should retire from coaching any team.

Dunno why is every1 angry on Ian Chappell... Its not anything about India-Australia or something! Its about cricket and a great batsman who is just out of form n hasnt been playing well! Ian Chappell just gave his views..Many commentators n experts said that about Inzamam tooo.They r just expressing their opinion.None of them is forcing Sachin or Inzy to retire! 😕 In the end, its Sachin's decision that matters!
