Since new ph has taken over show is doing well...plus they have changed the whole story line...till now it was always a danger that it will have a sad ending with leads being parted forever.
but now things have changed.Kumud is divorced rather then a widow.kusum is a psyco married to Danny rather then married to saras. and these two twists actually brought the required trp to the show and brought the show in trp race.
Lets us observe the the twists that actually turned to be pivotal point for the show and garnered trp milestones
1. Kumud marriage to Pramad yet Saras being ported to Kumud Sasuraal along with Kumud (the soul mate thing )
Well its quit normal in Indian daily soaps for a female lead Kumud to be ditched and left at alter and be married to another guy Pramad rather then man she loves Saras .But what was abnormal here was that Saras did grih pravesh with Kumud in her sasuraal , as thgough he were her dahej ka samaan.Things did not end here .Saras Kumud never parted and every point when Kumud needed a husband , she found saras on her side (accept in her room and bed ,where she was tortured by Pramad )
Say it a nayi soch or a saddist soch , people did like it .It gave the show a new hope in form of trp which was sinking down.The Saras never ending sacrifice and repentence and Kumuds Himalaya like forbearence to Pramad torture did bear fruits. Trp which has sunk to below 2 level reached steady 2,4 to 2.6 .
2. Rise of Kumud, Fall of Pramad with Saras as Kumud's knight in shining Armour ( The I am ur hero thing )
This twist did give a message of woman empowerment but then it also profounded that its possible only when if few good men support u too. Saras and Budhidhan did prove it.People liked the way Kumud decided to speak against the domestic violence done by Pramad .The drama and melodrama with hero saving heroine and her family from various crisis and being the strength of heroine was liked by audience and SC finally made its way in top ten shows.
3. Kumud's weakness , Kusum's obsession and Saras Intelligence and the Groom swapping (the Intelligent Thing )
Saras who finally emerged as hero and savior through all this twists did get lot of admiration , applaud adulation and appreciation . He did win back his lady love Kumud Sundary but along came her sister , Kusum Pagaly for free !.
Kusum's appreciating turning into obsession and her psyco tendencies of killing herself with family taking quick decision of her marriage were quit identifiable by audience.they have been used to such twist but what they were not used to were a smart Saras . The groom sawapping The man whom they had started expecting a sacrificial goat like Kumud decided to swap groom rather then be sacrificed in name of a wayward psyco Kusum.
This appaling new twist took viewers by surprise. The high tension and suspense created regarding saras kusum marriage and the twist was it never happened and saras swapped himself with his younger brother danny .Till now trp aunties expected bride swapping but here groom got swapped ! The trps which have been on increasing trend have now reached 3 ,
why coz
nobody wanted saras kusum marriage to happen
but situations were created , kumud was made the mother india , the sacrificial behen while saras, the man was made the bali ka bakra...something very very surprising for audience , who is used to seeing women as bali ki bakri and not a man !
things turned out as all veiwers wanted ...yes all wanted that selfish kusum should be taught lesson ...no its not me a samud fan...but all aunties and the beauty parlor walees and the housewives who saw kusum and her strange obsessed behavior ...wanted saras to be saved , they wanted that kumud should not be the one to suffer again ...and cvs fulfilled their dreams ...and they got TRP
Now seeing to the present trend in trp rise regarding Sarasawtichandra all i can see is that following ingredients if mixed in right proportion bring trp The ingredients are

Well cvs should show Saras Kumud marriage on the way with whole Desai family happy about it .Saras happy but Kumud still in two minds thanks to khoti kaki , kalika and Kusum who still think she should go to Pramad as he is a changed man .Pramad keeps shedding crocodile tears and asking Kumud to come to him now and then in garb of some help but asks her not to tell Saras as he may get angry on him and on her .Kumud reluctantly keeps quit as she feels poor pramad needs her help and is a chanaged man while Kalika keeps questioning her absence while marriage rasams r going on .
The great TRP twist will happen when
Kumud goes missing on her own marriage day as pramad will call her for some real help .
Vidyachatur pagadi once again tossed in air with his daughter missing from marriage , Saras left at alters .Tension suspense ...will marriage happen ???
Kalika will declare that kumud has gone to help her ex husband Pramad ., Angry Saras vows to get married in same mandap , goes and gets Kumud and silently marries her just to save Vidya kaka izaat . So a marriage will happen between two soul mates but not a happy marriage at all . Saras will always feel Kumud never really loved him and wanted to be with Pramad as his nurse , while it would be like eating iron nuts for Kumud to clear the MU ...so marriage out of surprise and seperation too...and trp 4.
