Gayatri prays to god not to separate her from her family she asks to save her. RB & Naitik says to hold branch tightly not to leave it. Resue people come to save gy3. gy2 is having diffculty to hold it her slips from the branch & she falls . Everyone screams gy3 rolls down hills She tries to open her eyes she is unable to breath naitik calls gy3 but she doesn't responds naitik & RB keeps saying nothing will happen to her. naksh get on ambulance . dj have headache dj goes off saying he wants tea bm faints ,
naitik keeps saying gy3 to open her eyes meanwhile doc checks gy3 doc says her BP is low . gy3 opens her eyes akshara calls gy3. bm hurries to see gy3. rj informs anshu about gy3's condition anshu is shocked rj says anshu not to tell kids about this. Kids ask Anshu about gy3? anshu makes an excuse that gy3 went as she has urgent work & takes kids to M's. At hospital gy3 is taken to operation theatre almost everyone is there . Bm rushes to akshara & asks about gy3.
Both akshara & bm cry Rj tries to console akshara akshi says she isn't strong now she is hopeless now earlier when they came to hospital during naksh accident that changed so many things in their life now again they are in same hospital don't know what will happen. Kids arrive at M's they greet everyone Dadi & Kaki wipes off their tears to hide from them. Duggu says Gy3 must be planning surprise for him. Ananya takes Duggu & yash to washroom .
At hospital everyone asks doctor whether Gayatri is fine or not? Doctor says they can't say anything until operation begins . Akshara cries Rj & Varsha tries to console her. Dj asks Mj where is everyone how can everyone disappear from house at this hour where did they went. He asks for duggu as he wants to play chess with him MJ says he will play but Dj refuses he will only play with Duggu.
At M's all are sad Dadi breaksdown Kaki says her she is our support how can you break? She asks Anshu whether kids knows about it he tells no. At hospital doctor says he operation went ok but they can't say anything until the patient gains her senses next 12 hours is critical for her. episode ends.
