Ok, in the episode the doctor asks when did Pia last fell down and Bani said a year and half back(so that would be first time she hurt her head) and the second time when the car explodes. See text below taken from wikipedia.org:

So I say Pia should be in the mental asylum not in WM and that would solve a whole lot of problem in KS.

Also, partial amnesia usually means memory loss of few days not year and half.

I can't stand Pia the way she is shown, all sickly sweet and gooey. How many grown up women say they can't go to sleep unless their big sister is sleeping next to them.

I am sorry!!! Bani had faer of loosing JW during divorce fiasco.well as far as my knowledge goes amma had no plans of going back to munna all she wanted was to break JW as a person so that she can save his business adn keep alive JW the business man.
Nxt had she not got hold of KD's tape she ahd no plans or showed any signs of letting JW know how she lost the baby.
So in case of bani and her kartoots there was no question or fear of loosing him,it was all done in sole purpose of saving his property and seperating an innocent child from her father and his love

Arch, I still feel that it was that fear that Jai might get hurt and that he might lose his property that made her act the way she did. Bani had a very difficult childhood. At a very young age, she had so many responsibilities – to take care of her two small sisters and also her drunkard father. She had faced a lot of financial problems. She might have had really hard time to keep up day to day activities going due to the financial problems. The hardships she went through have made do what she did. She would never want Jai to go through the same because she has been through financial difficulties. Just like parents try and protect their kids from the hardships they went through, Bani tried to keep her love, Jai from the hardships. People are different and so are their personalities and their childhood plays a very important part on how they form their perception and how they make their judgements. Bani made her judgement from what she went through in her childhood and we can't blame her for that.😊

The way she handled the whole situation is not😡 the best way to do it. But, I can definitely understand from where she was coming. Even if I were in her position, I would have the same fear Bani had. I wouldn't want Jai to get hurt nor want him to go through what I went through but I would have handled it differently. It's just like Jai did not want Bani to get hurt and did not want Bani to go through what his mother went through. It was not about the property but it was about the ultimate consequences on what might happen if Jai lost his property that Bani feared for. Bani is seeing things in her POV, from her experiences and sufferings just like we all see it from out own POV's and our own thinking and find Bani absurd.😉

Other thing, Bani also trusts Jai as much as he trusts her except in the ONS issue, of course. Just hiding things does not mean that she does not trust him. For example: If anyone betrays and goes behind my parents, I might hide it from my parents in the fear of them getting hurt and losing hope about relationships but that does not mean I don't trust my parents. Same goes for Bani.😊
