Trade expects Dhoom 3 to break existing records and set new benchmark at box office. So, what are the records that Dhoom 3 is currently chasing at the box office. 2. Biggest Single Day - Krrish 3 - 35.9 crore nett.

Biggest overseas grosser of all time is 3 Idiots with 26 million, not 24.5 million, and biggest worldwide grosser is still very much 3Idiots, CE can close but 3I still leads. (BOI)

Me thinks D3 will smash the biggest single day, weekend, first week, second week, biggest overseas opening weekend and domestic lifetime records. Some of these records will be a cakewalk what with the release scale and festive period, others will depend on how good the story and glamour/style is and whether the film has excellent repeat value.
