The world seemed to have tilted on its axis for Astha at that moment..Her mouth hung open in a perfect O..Her ears were ringing with the words Shlok had just uttered.
She blinked thrice,and finally managed to croak out in a voice that was alien from her usual one.
"What did you just say..?"
Strangely the man in front of her smiled sweetly,and came closer to her,pushing her up against the cabin door in the process.
"I said,I took over the company..And you now work for me.."His face was really close to hers,and his voice was really husky.Despite the serious situation,she could not help but notice this..
Shlok was standing really close to her now.His shirt collar brushing against her throat.
Astha had heard of people being larger than life..She was literally experiencing this for the first time in her life though.
As she looked up into his face,she could literally feel his huge form looming over her..
Omg!This man can really squeesh the life out of me like juice from orange pulp,just if he wants to..She thought worriedly..Her eyes moving down to assess his body size..
She had not finished thinking this when,she noticed his hand moving up..
Omg!!!Astha you are gone!He is going to make Astha juice out of me with his huge hands!!!Her brain was creating more of a chaos at that moment.
His hands were almost near her face..
What was it that Red Riding Hood had asked the big bad wolf?!GRANDMA GRANDMA WHAT BIG HANDS YOU HAVE?!And the wolf had replied,THE BETTER TO HOLD YOU WITH!!!Omg!
She was not disheartened,as the big hand cupped her cheek..Astha had to gulp down a knot of pure bitter fear..
The hand made her raise her head and look up into his eyes.
Her brain was overactive as usual.
GRANDMA GRANDMA WHAT BIG EYES DO YOU HAVE?And of course the BIG BAD WOLF had said ,THE BETTER TO SEE YOU WITH!
This wolf was looking her up perfectly well as his next exciting meal..
Oh Astha!Why couldn't you complete the stupid diet and turn into those skinny skeletons..?!Then he wouldn't have observed you like his next yummy meal ticket!She chided herself.
He was coming closer now..When her eyes moved down to his nose..
GRANDMA GRANDMA!WHAT BIG NOSE YOU HAVE!!!And the big bad wolf says,THE BETTER TO SMELL YOU WITH!
Shlok inhaled deeply,as he came close to her..His face really close to hers now and she could tell he was enjoying her smell.Astha biryani did smell nice,she thought glumly..
If I just had known I'll be attacked by the big bad wolf,and smelled by him,I would have stopped bathing two weeks back!Astha thought with new fear along with irritation.
She was just about to think up a solution,when she felt his hand encircling her waist..
OMG!!!What is the big bad wolf upto no-..
Astha could not think any further,as she felt herself pulled up close and tight against his body.He was all around her..His hands clasping her waist,his arms locking hers in its tight embrace,his face so close to hers.
Astha was shocked to say the least,but suddenly a hot zing of electricity passed through her body,as soon as he pulled her into his tight embrace,blocking her thinking power.
"Astha.."His husky whisper against her ear,sent another electric zing through her body.
She could feel herself melting..
His hands were making her feel all sorts of strange feelings that she knew she should not be feeling.Or maybe once upon a lifetime she knew..
But this Astha Kirloskar was strangely not protesting like she should be,or disliking his embrace like she definitely should be.
Astha closed her eyes..
What was happening to her?!
A few miles away,in a dark alley of a shady area,a man ia long cloak,walked upto a figure..He was waiting for him..A common roadside crook..A pest of the society who lived on other's throw way..
He did not hurry..
Let him wait..He was the master here..An evil chuckle escaped his throat,which made the other man turn in startlement.
He looked up at the just arrived man's face,squinting,as his face was hidden by dark shadow of the cloak ..
The dark cloaked figure handed the crook a large fat wad of money,which visibly made the crook's eyes glint with greed.
The shadowy figure curled his upper lip in satisfaction.The fish had taken the bait.
"Your target is Shlok Agnihotri..It should be done cleanly..Or else.."
CLICK!
The crook's eyes nearly bulged out in fear,as he noticed a loaded gun being pointed at him.
He gulped down a knot of fear.
"I'll ..I'll do it cleanly..Your job will be done.."The man said quickly least the gun was fired.
"Good..Call me when it's done..I'll be waiting.."The cloaked figure said as he replaced the gun back inside his cloak.
And before the crook could blink,the cloaked figure had vanished..
"Astha.."Shlok whispered huskily again..He nuzzled her ear,blowing away tendrils of her hair..
Astha shivered in response..
Shlok pulled her closer..
Astha's hand tried to hold onto him for support,and as if in response,he took her tighter into his embrace,letting her lean onto him completely..
He inhaled her fragrance again,which instantly made his blood start sizzling with fresh intensity..
This tiny girl had such a drastic effect on him..
He raised her face up to his view.He had to see that angelic face of hers..And those beautiful slanted eyes..
He nearly groaned out in frustration..
Her eyes were closed..Slowly his eyes studied her each perfect feature with leisure..Her closed eyelids,her cute and straight nose,her rosy lips..
He could not look further than those rosy,juicy lips,that were asking him to kiss her..
He raised his free hand,and caressed her each flawless feature with feather light touch of his rough fingers..
Then his fingers reached her soft lips..Shlok could not stop himself,as with his thumb he brushed her full bottom lip slowly..The action making her gasp out softly,and leaning more onto him,while at the same time it also had a strange erotic effect on him.
His heart beat escalated by leaps and bounds,as his body hardened in anticipation.
Astha Kirloskar..You are driving me insane..!He thought with a staggering breath,as he slowly lowered his lips to her soft ones..
