New filmmakers afraid to explore general Janta?

Hi! Everyone, In almost an decade or so.. There hv been many new young filmmakers in Bollywood. They mostly tend to make movies only for 1 section of audience thats Youth! We r yet to see them explore & make movies that can be accepted by Pan India audience.. There are so many original subjects & themes in India that these new directors cn explore upon hugely.. Why do they make movies only for youth? Why nt for general audience? Are they afraid?? Trust me, if cn explore it.. The bwood market will expandin many way nt only in India bt also overseas. Those new filmmakers in a decade or so are namely... Farhan akthar, Anurag basu, Imitaiz ali, anurag kashyap,Rakesh omparkash mehra, abhinay deo,Abhishek kapoor, Sujoy gosh, manish sharma, zoya akthar, Ayan murkherjee, Kunal kohli, Reema kagti, etc..(U cn add the names)... Thanks..

Note: Raju hirani & Rohit shetty doesn't include in those list bcoz they hv proven record on Pan India appeal movies.

plus their ideas may be accepted only by the young.

a film like dostana will not appeal to elders.

its very difficult to have one movie which appeal to general audience

there is this generation conflict.

plus India has a young population.

I knw young directors aren't big risk takers to explore the Pan India audience bt they shud gv a thought on it.. Look at Rakesh roshan, raju hirani, rohit shetty & Aneez bazmee among the working directors.. They always make sure their movies r made keeping general audience in mind.

What i dont understand why did it take Hollywood to show the 'Real side' of India in slumdog Millionaire
