Jalaal has been misled and Jodha has been deliberately set up to be misunderstood , thanks to Maaham's sorceress brains working overtime on the letter. Unless Jalaal can read the letter himself or Jodha can explain it to him word-by-word , Jalaal , if rejected by Jodha AGAIN , is going to take it badly even if veiled in his royal pride. Jodha, of course, will not know what has hit her, if Jalaal unleashes his hormonal surge on her , and its only natural that she will retaliate unless she is on drugs.😆...I look forward to another conflict but i think Jalaal will be really hurt this time , because Jodha is no longer about his ego now - she gets to him on the inside. And we all know how Jalaal channelizes hurt.
Anyway, as hot as the seduction, pinning , push-pull may seem , JJ are not ready for consummation because they have not defined their feelings and acceptance of the same. But its not like they both are not at fault... they are... victims of their lethargic reflexes: 1. Jodha should have asked Jalaal if he read the letter and a conversation should have happened. 2. Jalaal should have spoken to Jodha about the feelings expressed in the letter and asked her if she really was ready?...PHEW! Saifoo was right in HUM-TUM... " The biggest drawback in relationships today is that people don't talk!"...Lol. But its ok. Dramatic License. This is how you create drama and milk it for a week or maybe two weeks.
JJ are not at mistake consciously.Their only fault is not using their common sense and couple-conversation-skills.
Lastly, why do we keep weighing Jalaal's character no and then and asking whether he really is 'Akbar - the great? Errmmm... ummm... He isn't YET. Do textbooks tell you anything about Jalaal? No. History has recorded Akbar and that is why we can play a lot with Jalaal in his 'making' years. Hogaa Shahenshah kahin ka, isska matlab ye nahin ki aam insaan waali koi baat ussmein nahin thi.
JJ have weak spots and its OK because they cause no intentional harm and its our fault if we place them on a throne and expect them to behave 'Kingly' and 'Queenly' all the time. Like they sang it in Pretty Little Liars..." We all fall down.The truth I have found. We all fall down."
