Chapter 5.2:

Dad was going to handed me to him and his face was near to my feet, for the first time, I used my legs, I joined my legs and stretch them out to his nose, in short I kicked him at his nose. He made a strange sound and stepped behind and I heard giggles around me.

Rathod was surprised by the sudden action of this little baby; he looked at him in disbelief. Then he glared at the source of those giggles. He saw the Rawte couple having a big time controlling their laughter. He passed a hard glare to his best friend and she broke into laughter.

Rathod tried to rub his nose to ease the pain and he felt some wetness. It was his own blood. That thing just broke his nose !! God it's so wicked!!

Roshni was noticed the sudden change in hr friends face, his anger just turned into shock. He was staring at his fingers. Not only her, but others also noticed that.

Aisha was standing right behind Rathod and she saw blood on his fingertip.

Rathod : Roshni, tera beta toh avi se shuru ho gaya.

Roshni : tum ulta sidha kuch vi bolo ge aur woh chup rehe? No way.

Aisha : It's because of chotu. He used to bring sacraments everyday for Roshni from hanuman mandir. Aaj vi laaya hain na?

Chotu : Arre haan, I forgot. Tai, today's sacrament.

Roshni took it and thanked Chotu.

Rathod : Hmm, aab to isko dekhna hi perega, ACP Rathod ki naak pe hamla !! Itni himmat aaj tak kisine nahi kii,. Oye Rawte, de usko. (he stretched his hands again).

I saw that mustache man again coming to take me. He's definitely gonna beat me now. This thought shook me to the core and only my mom can save me from him. Therefore, this time I used my only weapon. I pulled in my body, gathered all my strength and cried as loudly I could. Dad became scared by my sudden reaction and quickly put me into mom's arms. I tried to hold her tightly; mom also hugged me tight.

Roshni : No baby, I'm here. Don't cry. Shh.

Those words just poured honey into my ears and made me ease within a second. She's right. When she's around, nobody can harm me.

As Roshni held her son, he became calm within a second. She knew something made his son scared.

Saakshi : Look he recognizes his mother. He stopped crying as she held her.

Rathod was about to say something, but the doctors entered at the very moment. They moved their gaze into the room and seeing so many people inside they become little annoyed.

Lady doctor : Why you all are mobbing around my patient. Let her rest. And also the baby. Just see him now and leave. Ghar jaake uske saath jitna mann chahe khelna. Hum nahi rokenge.

Rathod : Iske saath khelna aasan nahi hoga.

The male doctor moved to Arjun.

Male doctor : You must be ACP Rawte. Congratulations. I'm doctor Mishra, pediatric surgeon and Her (pointing to the lady doctor) privet property.

Lady doctor : He means husband.

Arjun : Thanks.

Dr. Mishra (male) : what did you expected? Boy or girl.

Arjun : I just expected my child & She knew it's a boy.

Dr. Mishra (female) : Women instincts never go wrong. (she was checking Roshni's pulse)

Dr. Mishra (male) : (pointing to Rathod) What happened to your nose?

Rathod : Nothing, just...

Roshni : My son kicked his nose.

Dr. Mishra (male) : Excellent reflex!! This little thing is just surprising us. You know, Mr. Rawte, We were hell scared after delivery. You know, your wife lost conscious and you son didn't responding. It was a tough situation.

Arjun : What? But why?

Dr. Mishra (male) : Well, after birth a baby starts using his lungs by taking atmospheric oxygen in. and it starts with a loud cry. But your son didn't crying.

Arjun : (worried tone)Then?

Dr. Mishra (male) : then I held him up into the air by his legs... you know upside down. And then slapped his bum. After 5^th slap he cried so loud..ha ha ha ha.. now let me examine him, if he's stable or not.

I was observing that doctor from the corners of my eyes. This doctor slapped m so hard that my bum is still paining. How dare he!! Let him come closer. I'll kick his nose just like I did with that moustache man.

Doctor came too close to me but he was near my head so I didn't got the chance to use my legs. However, I couldn't let him go just like that .At least I could claw his face for my own pleasure. I tried to clutch his nose, but I failed and that transparent thing came into my fist. I tightened my hold onto it. At last, I had an opportunity to give him a lesson & I didn't want to lose it.

Dr. Mishra (male) : (surprised) Wow !! he caught my glasses.

Jr. Rawte : (in mind) Thank your stars that I couldn't catch your nose. If I could it would be more fun. But now I'm not leaving this glass or whatever you say it.

But that thing as too big and heavy for me. I couldn't manage to hold it for any long and it dropped from my hand. I heard some breaking sound and that doctor's scram. Oh!! Then I'm succeeded to give him some pain.

Dr. Mishra (male) was about to say something, but the baby dropped his glass on the floor and if just broke into pieces. He was shocked at his broken specks!!

Dr. Mishra (male) : My specks !! Oh no!!

Shree lifted the broken frame from the floor. One glass is completely broken and another had only half of it clinging into its position. Shree folded the glass and put it into doctor's hand.

Arjun : I'm so sorry doctor. I didn't imagine that my son would break your specks into pieces...

Dr. Mishra (female) : (smiling)Accha kia, aabkuch dino ke liye iska ladkiyan taarna to bandh hoga.

Dr. Mishra (male) : Aaj tak aapki siwa kisiko taara hain? Anyways, your son has very good reflex. It's very good.

Arjun : Then when we can take them home?

Dr. Mishra (female) : Well, Mrs. Rawte is still weak enough. She must stay here for at last 3-4 days in complete bed rest. We'll keep her under observation. So it's obvious that baby also would stay with his mom. Now plz let them rest.

Doctors left and the whole team including Nitu broke over that little baby. They took him into their arms, kissed, caressed and fondled. Shree tickled him, girls cuddled & kissed him, Chotu waved him into his big palms. And rest three was looking at the whole drama.

I was enjoyed the time with these new people, not actually coz I know them all, I heard their voices for many times around me. They used to talk to mom & dad, and sometimes me also. Uncle Shree, that specked man with curly hair always talked about gadgets, software etc. He sometimes complained about dad & that uncle Sam to mom, he also used to bring film CDs (God knows what is this thing)& homemade cookies for mom. That dimple cheek lady is aunt Riya, she used to talk about dresses and accessories, movies and films and some prince charming to my mom. That stern faced lady, Aisha aunty, used to talk about that jealous Moustache man, I think she kind of like him, I must say, her choice is so bad. How anyone can like that man. Sakshi aunty, that cute lady used to talk random things to my mom, mom liked to talk her, and that curled hair lady is Aunt Liza, she used to provide mom lots of advices, what should she do , what not, what to eat, how to exercise and so on. And that so big man, Chotu mamu, he is so sweet, he used to meet mom every day, gave her lord Hanuman's sacrament and used to talk about some Nitu, love of his life. And finally I saw a lady, little gross, and have a cute smile on her face. I never meet her before. But I assumed her Nitu, by my Chotu Mamu's behaviors to her.

Nitu : Dekho guys yeh kitna cute hain... and his eyes. Seems he can understand us.

Sakshi : Haan...look how he is listening to us.

Chotu : It is obvious Sakshi. Arjun sir kitna SYS dete hain, toh beta to samajhdaar hi honge naa.

Shree : No way guys, his eyes are little different but he doesn't understand everything.

Riya : Achcha, toh bata Rathod sir ko isne laath kyun maara?

Liza : Aur uss doctor ka specks kyun tora?

Aisha : Main batati hoon, kyun kii dono kii baton se janab ko bohot gussa aaya...

Saakshi : Isiliye isne un dono ko punish kia...

Shree : Impossible !! A newborn baby is just like a computer without an operating system. They learn everything gradually when they grow up. Liza, at least tum toh...

Liza: Hmm...but He's a Rawte ,Shree. Don't forget that.
