Susan tells karthik that she is scared of Goutham as he knows all details about her.Karthik asks her to make a complain to HR.But Susan doesn't want the entire office to know about her broken relationship with Goutham.Karthik tells her not to worry he will help her to deal with him...and he tells her not to confuse his concern as love.She says that she knows...but she wont stop liking him and will keep trying until she meets a person who changes her mind.Raji warns karthik that susan might make karthik do a mistake.Raji gets a call from someone saying her father is serious and got admitted in hospital.Karthik asks her to call her dad to verify .She calls her dad and finds out that he is alright.KRV wonders who is trying to hurt Raji...

Lakshmi's mom tells her that she wants to marry her old college friend whom she met recently and developed friendship...as she finds It difficult to lead a lonely life without Lakshmi around.Laksh gets upset .Later she conveys this to Vishnu who supports her mom's decision. Lakshmi gets surprised. Karthik and Vishnu meets Vichu and ask him why they are given some ordinary work like receiving guests and arranging accommodation and food for clients and Raji is given intelligent work of doing the resentation.Vichu tells them the importance of each and every work...and next presentation work will be given to them.Karthik tells raji about this and asks sorry.Raji takes it lightly..She suddenly notices that her laptop is missing..all are shocked.

Kartik Raji and Vishnu meet HR to give complaint about missing laptop.David ask them why can't they keep it carefully. Karthik suggests to check cctv footage but David says that camera was not working since a week.David tells, raji has to bear the amount of the laptop.Karthik argues with him.David informs Vichu about raji missing her laptop.He scolds David for his carelessness in renewing the insurance and camera problem..tells him that only he and admin has to bear the cost. Goutham meets susan and tells her that he has come to that branch only to torture her.Susan asks karthik to help her to get rid of goutham by sending few nasty sms from Goutham's mobile.Karthik at first says no but later agrees .Susan writes few sms and gives to karthik.

Lakshmi's mom meets karthik and tells him about her decision about re marriage and lakshmi's anger.Karthik supports her decision.Lakshmi's mom informs Lakshmi that she has changed her decision of re marriage.She gets happy.

Karthik manages to send sms to susan from goutham's mobile.Vishnu gets shocked on seeing this action of karthik.Raji suspects something is wrong with karthik and questions him.He confesses about sms he sent.Raji gets shocked and scolds him;she says his honesty is his beauty and now she feels like he is not his old karthik.She asks him to stop susan from lodging complaint against goutham.If Goutham faces any problem he has to accept his mistake.Susan reports to HR about bad sms she received from goutham's mobile.Goutham denies the blame and says that he will prove his innocence by evening.

Goutham fights with karthik blaming him that he only had sent sms on susan's advice.Raji tries to calm down Goutham.Vishnu supports karthik.Raji later scolds karthik for helping susan, loosing his honesty.Goutham tells David that it is karthik who has sent sms and if he corners Raji and brainwashes her she ll reveal the truth.David brainwashes Raji and makes her feel guilty by telling if goutham looses job his family will suffer..Raji finally tells him it was not goutham who sent sms.David pressurizes her to tell who did...Raji reveals everything...David records the conversation without Raji's knowledge.Later David calls Karthik and asks him to admit the truth as he has got solid evidence against him.He asks him to give the resignation letter.Karthik accepts to resign...

Karthik nondifying raji's hand bag...yendi ithanundu bag la oru pharmacy fancy store ellam vechu iruka nu solradhu...and getting emotional on seeing his pictures in Raji's mobile...It was a cute scene...their closeness can be understood from this scene.
