Here is a short summary:

Omi-Sneha get married.It is revealed that Aditya Pratap Singh & Vishaka had an affair & Vishaka got pregnant but Aditya refused to accept the baby but now he wants the baby.Aditya is arrested & he transfers the palace in Prerna's name & makes her trustee of the palace untill his & Vishaka's daughter grows till 21 years.Later we come to know tht Tanvi who is Cookie's daughter is actually Aditya-Vishaka's daughter.Prem-Tushar are fighting over the palace project.Prem leaves the Bajaj house & gives back Prerna her name which she gave him Prem Prerna Sharma & becomes UD once again.Prem is living in Basu house.There is a new entrant in the show Panchin who is treating Mohini.Tanisha is pregnant & she loses her baby in a car accident & blames Prem for it.Panchin gives statement against Prem but later changes it when she finds out that Prem risked his life & saved Shravan-Tanisha.There is a new entrant in the show Shipra who had a relationship with Omi.Anaita had called Shipra to create problem between Omi-Sneha & Shipra starts staying at Anaita's house.

This is a short summarry till last week.
