Sajid has zero credibility. Apparently he's there to judge the entertainment factor, but given his extensive flop movies I don't see how he can judge that either. Shilpa at least is/was an actress so she understands dance and expressions. I find her judging pretty fair and along the lines of Terrence's judgement.
