I think ira was able to finally have a healthy kid saanchi. Sometimes when couples adopt they r able to have a bio baby, a lot ppl i know had this experience. Ira already has said she gave birth to her when she was scolding her after the drinking a bh incident. Its not like shiv isnt part of the family he is meenus kid just like mahi n ira loves mahi as well.
