Well , the HATE HATE HATE HATE SHLOK campaign has begun all over again - looks like
some forum wasis are Hating him more than he can ever Hate aastha - well go ahead if you wish -
all this talk of "this is too much" 've done with this show "etc may just be as much of an eyewash as shlok's mask for aastha - the fact is EBp lovers are in love with this show as much for aastha's silly naive but fiery characteristation as it they are for shlok's indefinable and darkly enigmatic characterisation - yes he is at present turning more black than grey a but the CVs will turn him around to grey or neutral - we will have to wait and watch -
the very fact that so many theories are doing the rounds in the forum on how dark shlok is -" is there a hidden agenda - he really loves aastha and there is some other purpose - who will marry for revenege etc etc " reflects how well the CVs and avi have presented the character and kept us guessing
yes, the suckers among us many EBp lovers will like to believe in the hidden agenda or the redemption or whatever other theory to support our devil shlok and i for one am waiting eagerly to see what happens.
and for those who are reluctant to watch, well here is an array of "popular" TV stuff on air - a vacillating heroine out to make a choice between a villainous husband and an unappealing hero who could not keep his promise first time round but is now hanging around like a doggie waiting for crumbs - or another where the film star obnoxious 'biwi'is enough to make anyone run a mile not to mention his blow hot blow cold cold eyed love for his barely audible wife - or a social drama where brothers deal with wives and fiancees as if they are ping pong balls and community living with one or more wives in the norm - or --- the list goes on - i must admit i saw the last one for a while and then gave in desperation as it turned quite unbelievable.
give me anyday EBP with its absolutely good looking and talented lead actors with crackling chemistry, superbly talented supporting cast, scintillating music, great direction and unique scenes so well thought out by the creatives --- what say guys?
