Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki: Vishaka is exposed, Dhairya bursts out after learning the real truth

Tonight's Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki episode opens with Mallika telling Vishaka that they need to expose the truth to Vikrant before Mannat gets the chance. She reasons that if they manage to gain his trust by revealing the truth first, Vikrant will believe them instead of Mannat. Mallika adds that once this happens, they can easily turn the situation in their favour, as Vikrant will assume Mannat and Neetu had no intention of disclosing anything. Vishaka agrees that the idea is clever but wonders how they can carry it out since Mannat always manages to create hurdles for her. Mallika confidently tells her that Mannat is not home, and this is the perfect time to put their plan into action. Vishaka praises Mallika's sharp thinking.

Neetu’s Emotional Confession for Her Son

Meanwhile, Roni looks at Vikrant's picture and expresses his deep affection for him, while Neetu gets emotional, confessing her love for her son. She admits to having made mistakes in the past but insists that her love for Vikrant has always been true. At the hospital, Dadi wishes to meet Dhairya and manages to spot him nearby. She tries to call out to him, but a nurse stops her, asking her not to create a commotion. Dadi pleads with the nurse to let her go, but the nurse refuses and insists that she stay quiet.

Elsewhere, Mannat is seen distributing Diwali gifts among the elderly residents. At the same time, Dhairya confronts the compounder and demands the list of patients along with their identification details. The nurse claims that no one from the hospital has contacted him, but Dhairya insists that she's lying—someone from this place had reached out to him urgently, wanting to talk. He starts to wonder if the person could be connected to one of his old cases. Mannat notices Dhairya looking tense and worried.

A Heartfelt Moment with the Reporter

A reporter takes pictures of Mannat while she's giving out gifts. Mannat stops her, explaining that she isn't doing this for publicity and that the gifts are purely from the heart. The reporter replies that she was actually there to cover another story but was touched after witnessing Mannat's generosity. She suggests highlighting this act to inspire others to donate too. Mannat, after some hesitation, agrees to let her cover the moment.

Vishaka’s Fake Illness Drama

Later, Vishaka drinks fake blood and begins to fake a coughing fit, pretending to be unwell. Neetu and Roni panic, thinking something serious has happened. Mallika secretly records the entire scene on her phone. Vishaka then emotionally declares that she's about to die and wishes to hug her son one last time. She manipulates Neetu and Roni by blaming them for separating her from her son, Aman.

At the same time, Mannat notices a woman coughing and rushes to get her some medicine. The nurse becomes nervous, realising that Dadi is upstairs and must not be seen by Mannat. But Dadi pushes the nurse away and tries to run. The compounder alerts the nurse about Dadi's escape, and chaos ensues.

Vishaka and Neetu’s Heated Confrontation

Back at the Saluja house, Vishaka creates a dramatic scene in front of everyone. She brings up the past and starts accusing Neetu, portraying herself as the victim. Neetu admits that she made mistakes but defends herself, saying Vishaka wasn't a good mother to Aman. Neetu claims that she gave Aman the life and education that helped him become the successful man he is today. She even accuses Vishaka of being greedy, saying that she sold her son for money.

Vishaka, on the other hand, insists that it was Dadi who sold Aman, not her. She pretends to be heartbroken and continues to twist the truth. Neetu fights back, saying that if she had known Vishaka's true character back then, she would have taken Dhairya along with Vikrant to protect him. Their heated argument continues while Mallika records everything for their future plan.

Mannat Saves Dadi from Danger

Meanwhile, the nurse spots Dadi and tries to capture her. Mallika and Vishaka then finalise their plan to reveal the truth to Vikrant during the upcoming Mezbani event. Shalini overhears their conversation and decides to warn Mannat about what's coming. In another scene, Mannat sees the nurse attacking Dadi and rushes to save her just in time.
