It's hard to make a judgement call on ugly especially when the person concerned is an artist or performer. They carry a different aura around them and acquire charisma by default of what they do for a living (not all, but quite a few do).
To continue with the Ajay Devgan example - there's no universal consensus on Devgan's looks either. He's considered conventionally unattractive, but has a sense of self-assurance, commanding screen presence and talent. Which means that on the whole he may be very ugly to many, and yet very attractive to some.
I think I read someone mention around here of how some women find Ajay's lazy walk sexy - and I thought, what an odd thing to latch on to 😆. But it's hard to understand why these little quirks may be so sexy to some and completely meaningless to others.
Personally I find internet trolling fun so make fun of an actor's looks by all means. Just remember that your views will not be universally shared.
TLDR: Beauty in the eyes of the beholder.
