as twins grow there lifestyle,habits do affect their looks and in most of the case one among twin is healthy and strong while other is weak so it affect looks also

Finger prints are not controlled by DNA but controlled by the environment and the movements while inside the womb and later on by the contact with environment.

As for Iris - color is genetically determined but the pattern of pigment production is unique based on exposure to light and environment.
It is unlikely for one to have blue eyes and the other black eyes.
The iris patterns are produced not just because of the colour but the muscles that control the pupil of the eye.These patterns can be modified by the environment especially reaction to light.
