Outside Ankita's house

The taxi driver takes Ankita and her siblings to their home. Ankita and her siblings get out of the taxi. Ankita opens the gate and they are about to go inside when Soham comes from behind and he says to them, you guys have come? Everyone is looking uncomfortable and Soham is looking at Ankita dressed up. They are about to go in and Soham tells them to stop and that no one will go in. Soham says, don't come in, no will come in. Soham goes in and brings a thali. Soham does the aarti and says Jai Lakshmi Mata. Ankita and her siblings eventually go inside.

Ankita's house

Soham is singing Jai Lakshmi Mata as he walks in. The taxi driver comes in and says to Soham, where should I put the gifts sir? Soham says to the taxi driver, did you call me sir? The driver says yes. Soham says you called me sir! Soham shows the taxi driver where to put the gifts and asks him if this is for me. The taxi driver says yes sir. Soham says all of this is for me? The taxi driver says yes sir. Soham is very happy and he kisses the taxi driver. The taxi driver says ok sir and he leaves. Soham starts looking through the gifts. Soham is very happy as he goes through the gifts and he is even more happy when he sees the gold necklace. Soham says, I have become so rich! Soham puts on the shirt and he goes down on the floor.

Ankita's bedroom

Ankita is in her bedroom standing near the window. She is recalling when the lights turned off and they were taking pictures with flash and Naren getting disturbed and yelling and the doctor telling Rushali that he had warned them not to take Naren to a place where this camera flash or brightness. Ankita also recalls Rushali asking her how would I tell you this, what would I say, that my son is mad and you still marry him? Ankita is crying.

Ankita's house

Mansi, Prashant and Pranav go in the main room. They are picking up the gifts from the floor and looking at them. Mansi says to Prashant, tai was looking so pretty today right? And did you see jeeju? It looked like they were both made for each other. Everyone over there was just looking at tai and jeeju. Ankita is in her bedroom and she hears this and looks sad. Sonu is on the bed and she says Mansi tai, give me ice cream! Mansi tai, give me ice cream! Pranav, Prashant and Mansi laugh. In Ankita's bedroom, Ankita is looking very angry. Prashant asks Mansi, tai is hapy though right? Mansi says Prashant, what question is this? Prashant says ever since we came back tai is looking tense and she was so quiet on the way back. Mansi says Prashant, it happens. Today was tai's engagement, then she will get married. And you know your tai, she thinks about us from morning till night. Now she will be leaving us, that's why she is so tense. Prashant don't worry so much, it happens with every girl before their marriage. Prashant says after tai leaves this house this house will be very dull. Mansi says Prashant, you are talking like as if tai is getting married and going abroad. Tai's in-laws are in our city. I am going to tell jeeju that in any circumstance tai will live with us for 3 days each week. Prashant says ok, and you think jeeju will listen to you? He loves tai a lot, didn't you see? Mansi says I will tell jeeju to come along with tai.

Ankita's bedroom

Ankita hears all this from her bedroom and is looking sad. Ankita's phone rings. It is Naren. Ankita picks it up and says hello. Naren says hello, Ahana, I am very mad at you , you left without eating? Mom told me, this is really not fair. Actually I haven't eaten, so this time I will forgive you but next time we will eat together. Do you remember when you brought lauki? You made lauki and brought it over. Hello? Why aren't you saying anything, you'll make lauki again right? Ankita says yes. Naren smiles and says ok, thank you. That's very sweet of you. Ok it is nighttime now, you rest and we will talk later. Ok bye. Ankita and Naren hang up. The song peeda majha plays in the background. Ankita is crying.

Arjun's house

Tina and Arjun are at Arjun's house. Arjun is sleeping and Tina says to Arjun, good morning Arjun Pa. Tina tells Arjun to wake up and that she has brought tea for him. Tina says wake up, you have an important meeting today, come on wake up. Arjun says tiredly, my head is hurting again. Tina says it's hurting again? Why don't you go to the doctor for a checkup? Arjun laughs and says we don't go to the doctor for small headaches. Tina says oh, but you take me to the doctor for small things so why aren't you going? Arjun says because you are small and that's why I have to take you the doctor. Ok give me the tea, maybe after drinking the tea I might feel better. Tina says no, but you will still go to the doctor, understood? Arjun smiles and says understood. Tina goes to prepare tea for Arjun. Arjun sits up on the bed and he watches Tina make his tea. Arjun remembers one time when Purvi asked him to drink tea and Arjun said no thanks, I don't know how to make tea. Purvi says of course you don't know, there is someone to make the tea for you. Tina is done making the tea for Arjun and she goes to Arjun and says dad, tea. Tina gives the tea cup to Arjun. Arjun says thank you and starts drinking the tea. Arjun says wow, you have learned, very nice. Tina says thanks Dad, don't waste time by talking though. You are getting late for work, come on hurry up. Arjun smiles and he drinks the tea.

Outside

Arjun is going in his car leaving for work. At the same time, Purvi is coming to Arjun's house in a van. Arjun and Purvi don't see each other. Purvi gets out of the van and is about to go inside.

Arjun's house

Purvi knocks at the door and a servant(a man servant, not Tina's grandmother) gets the door for Purvi and Puvi asks the servant, is Mr. Arjun at home? The servant says Arjun sir just left and went out. Who are you? Purvi says, I am his business colleague. The servant says oh ok, come in maam. Purvi says please call Ovi maam. The servant says Ovi? Purvi nods her head. The servant says at least come in, I will be back. Come in maam. Purvi walks in the house.

Arjun's house in the kitchen

The servant goes to the kitchen where Tina's grandmother(the lady servant) and says tai, madam has come to visit. She is saying to call Ovi. Who is Ovi? Tina's grandmother says Ovi, who is Ovi? The man servant says I don't know, she was first talking about Arjun sir, so I told her that Arjun sir has left. Then she told me to call Ovi. The lady servant says ok, you stay in the kitchen and I will see what it is. The man servant says ok tai.

Arjun's house

The lady servant goes to the room where Purvi is and says hello madam, what is it? Who do you want to see? Purvi says I want to see Ovi madam, the owner of this house. The servant says Ovi? Purvi says, is this Mr. Arjun Kirloskar's home? The servant says yes, but he is not at home now. Tina comes in the room and says to her grandmother where is the juice, I am getting late for my classes. Tina sees Purvi and smiles at her and says hello. Purvi says hello. Purvi asks the servant, is this Mr. Arjun's daughter? The servant says you can say that, Arjun treats her like his daughter but she is not his daughter. Actually she is my granddaughter, Tina. She calls Arjun as dad, he told her to call him dad. Purvi is shocked. Purvi says I want to meet Mr. Arjun's wife. The servant says Arjun sir lives here alone, nobody lives with him. Ever since I have started coming here, I have not seen anyone else. Purvi says and his wife? The servant says she is in Canada. The servant says sorry maam, you asked so much but you did not tell anything about yourself. Where are you from, what is your name? I will call him and tell him. Purvi says no, there is no need for that. Actually I know Mr. Arjun and his wife very well. The servant says ok, come in and sit. What drink will you have, tea, coffee?

Arjun's house

Purvi says thank you so much, it looks like you take care of Mr. Arjun's home. The servant says yes, I take care of it the whole day. He is a very good man, I don't know why God gave him so much loneliness. At least today you have come here, because no one else comes here. No family, or friends. The servant says madam, you have not told me your name, tell me your name. Purvi says I am Purvi. Tina says oh Purvi, you had called here twice or thrice? Purvi says yes. Tina says I picked up the phone. The servant says sorry madam, I did not recognize you. Actually I had never seen you before. And Arjun is always talking about you. Purvi looks shocked.

Outside

Purvi is outside. She is walking and she sits down. Purvi is recalling the time when she saw Arjun, Ovi and baby Pia. Purvi is crying. She stands up and starts walking. Purvi is walking to a park and she sits down on the steps. There are kids playing at the park and a lady is coming into the park and she sees Purvi sitting down. The lady says to Purvi, dear, what happened? Purvi wipes her tears and says oh, nothing. The lady has her hand on Purvi and asks if she should bring something like some water. Purvi says no thank you. The lady walks down into the park. Purvi is sitting and she is thinking to herself, Arjun was never like what I thought he was. My one misunderstanding had finished everything. My life, my love and my Pari's rights. I did very unfair to my daughter. I did not keep her away from her baba for 1 or 2 years but for 20 years. Her childhood, when she needed her baba the most, was not with her. Why? Because I misunderstood, I saw Arjun with Ovi. The baby was probably theirs too but today Arjun is not with them. He is living alone for so many years, maybe ever since I left him. He had never given my place to anyone else, he did care for me. Purvi thinks to herself, but if it is like this then why did he stay quiet for so many years? Why did he not call me once, why did he not try to call his daughter, meet her or find out how she was? If Arjun was not with Ovi then why didn't he come back to me? And Ovi, where is she? Where is her daughter?

Outside

Purvi thinks, aai was right, maybe I made a mistake in understanding Arjun. I should have at least talked to Arjun. Maybe he was never wrong. Purvi remembers one time when Archana was talking to her and she was saying to her, Purvi look, you thought yourself that you are somewhere wrong, because Pari did not get her father's love due to you but today you have a chance. I don't want you or Arjun to make the mistake I made. Archana had said to Purvi, I want to tell you something, I don't know if you will like it or not, after you get to India, listen to what your heart says and do that. Meet Arjun there. Purvi is looking sad.

Precap: Arjun and Purvi are at Arjun's house. Purvi is yelling at Arjun that I have hated you and I have been living with my hatred for you and you have snatched that hatred away from me too! Arjun yells, what would I do, who would I talk to?! I tried to talk to you so many times but what did you do? You gave the phone to Manav baba. I even came to meet you but you did not find it necessary to meet me! Why, because you had accepted that I deceived you! And you loved me right, where did that love go? Where did that trust go, you saw me with another girl once and then you thought I cheated you?! That's it!
