How long did you live in the US?
I was 12 years in the US and I learnt a lot as to become completely independent and what
I like the most in US is that they respect your space but here in India nobody bothers".

Tell us about your role in Mamata?
I play the protagonist who is a rich spoilt brat but his life goes for a toss after he faces an accident. As to how he changes into a fine human forms the crux of the serial.

Mamata(Zee TV) has been running for over 275 episodes, how do you feel about it?
It is fine as I am being recognized as an actor but at times it becomes too stressful and I hardly have any time for myself.

Do you prefer television or movies?
Today television has its own market but there is hardly any time for you to improve as an actor, unlike in movies where you have retakes and there is enough of time for you to grow as an actor. There is more creativity in films rather than television.

How would you describe an actor?
An actor should be a fine human being, otherwise you can not understand the feelings of others and hence unable to emote as acting is a play of emotions.

What is your forte as an actor?
Emotion is my forte. Every role should have emotions that change because it is a challenge for any actor.

How would you place yourself five years from now?
As a successful actor both on television and Bollywood.

I LIKE SID'S ACTING

Refering to oxford dictionary i found 3 meanings for "protagonist"
1)the main lead or a hero in drama/cinema.
2)one of main people in real event.
3)an active supporter of policy/movement.
so i think u are referring to 1st one.As the last 2 meanings are not applicable here 🤣.

And i think SID is just a supporting character just like masu .....am i right 😆 😆 .

Sid is not a real father of krishu in the serial....and ofcourse SID is not at all a surrogate mother 🤣.
Just marrying mamta's character 😆 😆 😆 one cannot become main protagonist .

Star2, u are absolutely right.... I didnt want to say much, but yea, i was really annoyed at the following things he said:

1. people in india dont care

2. I am THE protaganist

3. i am an actor of Emotions

well, anju i am annoyed at him for the same reasons. esp the first line. people in india don't care? is that why he is aspiring to be a successful actor in both tellywood & bollywood?❓❓❓ if people in india don't care, move onto hollywood dude. there's no point acting in an indian daily soap if you feel people don't care about your personal space.😆😆😆 he should have remained in the US. why bother coming to india?😆😆

if you ask me, ajay does come off as a tad bit big headed most of the times. don't get me wrong. i do like him but my liking is only limited to my imagination that he'll look good with vidya. that's about it.😉

exactly ......all these points came to my mind...but I chose to be silent,bcse I didn't want to offend anyone.....he doesn't like India,rickshaws,crowded people.ohhh ohhh ,India is known for it's beautiful culture,man.......respect that pls.......no offends to anyone...just my views............😊

Actually,Sid must have got so used to his personal space in US and he must be missing that in India.dad must be a doting dad,hence the feeling I guess.

but that doesn't mean that he has to give us the feeling that he absolutely loathes india.😕 there's a limit to give your opinion on matter. if you dislike india so much, go back to the US. that's just my view.😊
